The KRUPS F2034238 Coffee Mill and Spice Grinder is a fantastic 5-star choice for anyone needing a quick, consistent grind for their morning coffee or dry spices. Its 200W motor makes short work of beans, and the 75g capacity is perfect for brewing a full 12-cup carafe. In real-life use, you’ll find it’s incredibly durable and compact for any kitchen counter, but be prepared for a bit of a mess; because the bowl isn't removable, getting every bit of fine powder out from under the blades can be a chore. It’s a workhorse of a machine that provides great value, just keep a small brush handy for maintenance.

I had been given some coffee beans as a gift, but had been wanting to try a coffee grinder for a while. I had one of those hand operated grinders about 10 years ago and remember them being fiddly and difficult to clean, so was looking for something that was good value for money and worked. After reading reviews, I opted for this one. When it arrived, it was smaller than I thought it would be, however, it does grind a lot of beans. Having read in the manual that it can grind 75g of coffee beans at a time, I weighed the beans to find that a lid full is approximately 75g. I tend to press the button for a few seconds at a time so that I can see how fine the coffee is becoming. It doesn't take long at all - 20 seconds is ample to blend coffee. I often shake the contents of the machine to make sure I haven't got any really coarse bits in there that I've missed out. I use a cafetiere and the machine handles blending for that quite easily. I blend the coffee to the same fineness that I'd get from prepackaged fresh coffee bought at the supermarket. The machine handles things well. I've marked this 4 out of 5 stars as my only issue is that it can be a little tricky to clean. We keep a spare (unused!) toothbrush for getting out any coffee that sticks in the container where the blade sits - which is where it sticks the most. Once that's done, I wipe it out with a paper towel. Be careful that the power is off and that you don't cut yourself though. So far, an excellent machine and good value for money.

Fabulous Coffee Grinder! It’s the perfect size, doesn’t take up too much room. It’s grinds the coffee quickly and we’re loving it.

I’ve had this grinder in regular use for well over a year now and it’s become one of those kitchen bits I reach for without thinking about it. Where it really shines is spices. Being able to keep whole cumin, coriander, peppercorns etc. and grind them fresh makes a noticeable difference to flavour compared to pre-ground jars, and this handles that job easily. A few short pulses and you’re done. I also use it for flax seeds, which are quite oily, and it copes surprisingly well without clogging or struggling. It’s simple, no-nonsense and feels built for this kind of everyday task rather than trying to be clever. Cleaning is straightforward as long as you don’t let residues sit for ages. One thing it’s not great at is coffee. The grind size comes out too uneven, which leads to inconsistent extraction, so if you’re serious about coffee you’ll want a dedicated burr grinder instead. That’s not really a fault so much as a limitation of this style of grinder, but it’s worth knowing. For spices, seeds and small kitchen jobs though, it does exactly what I want. Solid performance, reliable over time, and good value if fresh flavour matters to you. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Loving this new grinder. We have a family coffee machine which grinds and brews, but as I am currently having to cut out caffeine I wanted a compact little grinder that would freshly grind every time I make a brew. Sadly my previous one didn’t grind the beans fine enough and started to overheat, so the perfect excuse to buy this little beauty, It’s nice and compact, of good build quality, I have managed to experiment with adjusting grind setting times to get the best flavour from my beans. You just press for longer for a finer grind. The hopper on the top in a lot more straight forward too and has a good capacity. I would certainly recommend this product

Non troppo grande, 17x7x9cm. La lama trita benissimo anche semi piccoli come sesamo e lino. Il motore sembra funzionare ottimamente, il manuale consiglia di non tenerlo in funzione troppo a lungo; in ogni caso per tritare semi non occorre tenerlo molto acceso, anzi. La pulizia è abbastanza agevole e il coperchio NON sparge il contenuto di fuori una volta aperto.

Love this Grinder! I've been using it for over a year. I use it to grind E.g.Cumin and Coriander seeds as well as herbs like Rosemary if you want powder. It is very quick to grind and easy to clean. It handles small amounts very well which was one of the attracting features for me. I am going to take someone else's advice and get another one for grinding milder herbs while dedicating this one to the more pungent spices. However, if you have only one, not a deal breaker at all. You'll likely not regret the purchase.
