I was very pleasantly surprised how well this cooler performs. It keeps ice well and the lower compartment keeps stuff cool.

I was a little nervous about the dry storage drawer at first since it doesn’t hold ice directly, but it ended up being one of my favorite features. My food stayed fresh the entire trip, and sandwiches didn’t get soggy from sitting on ice like they usually do. This thing is amazing. It kept ice cold for days and the drawer was a game changer. I was able to keep lunchmeat, Lettuce, tomatoes, and more in there for days without it getting wet and it stayed nice a cold. I tested the drawer with a thermometer a couple times and got temps in the low 40s.

This cooler is perfect for food storage on our camping trips. The drawer keeps foods chilled but not wet from melting ice, while the top holds ice better than almost any cooler we've owned! This size is manageable without being overly heavy, even when loaded.
