Strap
The strap is rubbish and doesn't stay done up I lost it after 2 days off having it because of this really not happy ๐ the company was amazing sent me out a new one ๐

Strap very poor
Only had this item for less than a fortnight so unable to comment on it's benefits which there appeared to be none. The biggest issue is the fixing strap, continually keeps coming undone especially when putting on long sleeve garments, bought 2 the one fixing lug broke, returned and refund issued.

Clasp opening most of the day
Nice looking not user friendly. Can't change colour as the instructions say.Band keeps undoing when not expecting it. Nearly lost it a few times was disappointed with this

The connections on these watches are useless. I lost first one . Ordered a second one and the clip doesn't stay in place ... waste of My money

This is false advertisement. The product is intended as a mosquito wrist band. I should have known it was too good to be true. The only way to lose Weight is by exercise and healthy eating.

No charging port on a rechargeable item
Why make a rechargeable nand that can't be charged what false advertising is this.. there is physically no way to charge it
