I’m surprised these things work so well! I’ve used electronic stimulation devices before, but these are extremely effective. I can’t go but about half the way up to setting six or seven without it being too much! I’ve been using this for about two months now and can tell a difference because I use them when I work out. The Velcro makes the size adjustable, the appearance is sexy because they didn’t skimp on the details.

Works how it’s supposed to. You can feel the tingly feeling and the intensity gets higher. The packaging was nice and I like how it comes with 3 rechargeable batteries. Makes it really convenient.

Ordered to help before spinal fusion, just to tighten abs more than just sit-ups or machine at gym... then used smaller ones on legs. Worked good, use lots of water from spray.

This device definitely works , some settings are painful if you blindly press buttons while trying to learn the modes. The arm wraps are hard to put on and then to read what you are doing you have to put the screen upside down so you can see it . The directions weren’t specific on how it should be placed on your arms ( lower , upper, inside ) also it says you can use on your back too but you can’t control it if you do so maybe a remote option would be good so you can adjust more easily . I assume you have to wear no shirt with this device because it easily gets in the way. I found leggings to get in the way of the device also .

Product itself works great, one controller was completely unchargeable and did not work out of the box. It makes me worried the other two will not last long.

I do not have big biceps but they just fit. so someone with above average biceps will have it hard time to strap around.
