I have no words to describe how well these products work for me; I bought them on a family member's recommendation and—boom!—I love them. This is my first time using this product. So far, I've only used it once and it definitely did soften my hair. I specifically bought it to help control frizz, as we are currently going through a majorly humid stent and frizz is an issue. It did calm the frizz a bit, but didn't eliminate it. At this point, I intend on using it again and hopefully as it continues to do its thing, the frizz will be no more. Ironically, right after I received this product I saw a video warning to beware of counterfeit Karseell products. Based on what this video showed, this may be one. I'd love for the seller to clear that up, either way. For the record, no one wants counterfeit anything. So far, these seem to be good products. If they are in fact knock offs, Stop it! Don't do that. If you've got a good product, give it an original name and market it as "similar to...". A good product is a good product and that's all consumers want.

It. is. a MUST have! I have never my seen my hair this shinny and soft. After using the product (following instructions written in every container) I felt like I came out from a salon. A smile of satisfaction is what I see when I look into the mirror. Best set ever! No regret on trying, worth every penny 😍
