I'm not using it as a diaper fanny pack, just a regular one with the occasional dog-mom accoutrements, and it's really large - sometimes too large for just a quick errand, but I knew that going in. I have a smaller one that fits the bill on those days. I actually thought I'd use this if my mom and I ever did a Disneyland trip again - this would be a great day bag for that and what we/I carry for us.The truffle color is really pretty, like a soft mushroom grey-brown.I prefer how fanny packs used to buckle - all the way in the back, not at the sides - and I think those days are over because this one, too, buckles at the side like all modern-day reboots. The plastic hardware clips in very softly and I have to double-check that it actually engaged. It feels a bit on the flimsy side, so I hope it lasts. (And I'll update my review if it wears out prematurely or anything else weird happens.)Smooth zippers.
