After I had a very unexpected bowel accident, I promised myself never again. I don't know what caused it, but now I put on these under my regular underwear and I don't worry about travelling. They are bearable. Not as comfortable as basic undies, but the confidence is priceless. It certainly goes over my self image, but it's great to have a resource like this. The fit is very adjustable... just a little hard to put on by myself, but doable. I wouldn't feel great about wearing them on their own unless I was just at home.

Perfect fit for a large person. Adhesive velcro to keep in place. Ultra soft on skin. Good value for product and brand.

Having fractured my hip am in need of night time incontinence pads for a couple of months. I ordered a very large size (3X) just because the other ones I tried leaked causing daily bed sheet changes which is very hard in my condition and I incorrectly thought a large size would work. However, these diapers could probably wrap around me twice (the flaps not the actual pads) and really belong in a nursing home or hospital as putting them on is very difficult. Once on, they do not absorb AT ALL. Liquid runs right off them. After the first disaster I took a clean diaper, poured liquid directly on the blue portion to see if it absorbed and the liquid ran right off onto my floor.

Durability: Closure Tabs frequently breakaway from the diaper material. Size: does not give great coverage for the hip area. Hold capacity: even for daily use I need to add a pad for absorbency Value for your money: these diapers are less expensive than most, which makes them attractive however, I’m not sure that they are value for the money you pay.
