I got these diapers for my nightly incontinence issues caused by my autism, instead of wearing pull ups that sometimes leaks. After by boyfriend who is a nurse recommended them to me ad they are what they use a the nursinh hom he works at. They are soft and thin but keeps my bed dry at night. Had to have my boyfriend put them on me as they were hard for me to get tight by myself, but said that he would rather me be in diapers instead of waking up to a wet bed.

These are not sized like traditional (step in) sanitary undergarments. We purchased these for my dad and he wears a large in the traditional sanitary undergarments where you step into them like underpants. These are just like baby diapers where they open fully and have tabs in the front to keep them closed. They are easier to use on bed-bound persons. We had to size up for this style vs. traditional style. Dad wears a large in traditional and XL in these. Other than the size difference, these are a good product. Holds urine without leakage. Easy to use.

These have always been great for my mom in every way but now the Velcro tabs have started tearing away from where they are connected.

I have been wearing these adult diapers for long time. I’ve purchase the larger amt 36 times. They have served their purpose until now. I feel like they r not as thick as they use to b & does not hold as much to me. I have been satisfied with them up till recently. Please don’t make them lighter cuz now I will have to find something else.

So many products have been made in another country and auto purchases show that their item cannot be delivered because of stock issues. McKesson is based out of Texas. I tried the smaller package of the diapers and they are the best ones so far. Will be purchasing more. Thank you McKesson.
