I’ve been using this consistently and have been very pleased with the quality. The capsules are easy to swallow, there isn’t an unpleasant aftertaste, and I feel like they help balance my hormones. 45 with PCOS and no longer a basket case
I have PCOS and removed myself from hormone therapy using birth control because, the PMS was becoming flu-like with major moods. I’ve been using this for a month and I am very surprised that my cycles are the closest to normal that they’ve ever been without birth control. My moods are better and I feel less sick when my cycle comes. I’ve been told it will take up to 3 months to notice the full effects but, at 1 month in, I’m happy!

Stronger than expected
Overall, the looking field of this capsule is similar to other vitamins or supplements. There is no aftertaste upon swallowing the capsule the instructions do not mention that the best time of day to take this would be at bedtime or if you’re planning on taking a nap because it will make you sleepy.
