First, I’m not paid or sponsored. I just wanted to give MY opinion and experience. I’ve been using this since February 2026. After 3 days I noticed some small positive changes. My hair became less brittle. Also, my energy became more steady. My skin does feel a bit more bouncy as well. Mostly though, when I take this collagen I feel sturdier. I have small injuries often from abnormally stretchy ligaments and a lot of pain excessive wear-and-tear on my body, due to a lifetime of sports and just not taking care of myself or my recovery like I should have been doing. I take this 2x a day and feel like a human. If I don’t take it I feel dull and achy, then within about 10-20 mins of taking it, I feel strong again. I tried a few other collagen brands and some work, like basic collagen peptides, but the liquid Zena Nutrition one did nothing for me except make my hair and skin nice. I wanted to try it because it’s a bit less costly, but, my body felt like crap and I took multiple extra servings of it to chase the effects of how this one makes me feel. Also, I really have been able to lose and keep off a few pounds. I bounce between 152 and 146. I initially got down to 143 while I usually have to starve myself for that number and now my body naturally is at 144 and when I eat less the previous day i wake up at 141 lbs! I can eat more, but I don’t need to because this does really well at curbing my appetite and making me not so hungry. I crave sugar quite a bit less and I’ve struggled with sugar addiction my entire life. Additionally, it tastes great. I mix it with a flavored magnesium/ ashwaganda/ calm powder at night and I sleep like a baby, deep and pain free. Also, if you despise taking pills, which I do because I have a sensitive stomach, then this will make you look forward to taking it. It is expensive for my budget, but improved quality of life is a reasonable trade off.

Buy it!!!! If your okay taking cough syrup buy it!!!!!!!!! This stuff works good I'm on my 2nd bottle I don't mind the taste I swallow quick. An drink water as a chaser. I've lost 10lbs,more energy, and no bloating no stomach pain I take 1 tbs in morning round 9am 1tbs at 3pm and 1 tbs before bed so like 10pm.

I love this product! The consistency is like cough syrup but it tastes much better. I have been taking for about 30 days and noticed boost in energy and some improvement in skin. My face seems to be tighter and can definitely see improvement in my neck which had started showing loose skin. It has been effective for my needs.

This liquid collagen is great for weight loss, I feel the difference. However, I am not saying this as to leave a bad review. Because, turns out I am actually allergic to liquid collagen. I was sick for 5 days. Too much information - but non-stop diarrhea - dizziness, bloating.. I suffer from low blood pressure and it worsened because of that. I was very sickly with dehydration from this situation .But I don't think it's the product. It's just me. It tastes delicious. And due to the fact that I'm too sensitive for this I will probably only take it once every two weeks versus daily. I love that once I recovered, I felt lighter, and just better physically. My skin is clearing up, my nails got thicker, my mood is better, I noticed a difference. I bet you're wondering if I am allergic why am I going to continue this. Because I feel that it helped. I just need a lower dosage. I'm not so sure how anyone else is when it comes to liquid collagen. So I can't tell you how you will react to it. But word of advice please do not take it early morning on an empty stomach. Because there's apple cider vinegar in it and the acidity will build up. It'll give you an upset stomach.

I’m on my second bottle. I take 2-3 tablespoons throughout the day and I take it straight from the tablespoon because who has time to add it to water?! (Mom of 4 littles) I take it faithfully everyday and I have seen a difference in my skin- especially my face. My skin is a little tighter, and has a bit of a glow- which after years of living in survival mode with 4 kids- is really really nice. I suspect things will continue to improve. My nails are also stronger. The bottle is smaller than is looks in the picture…. But the information is accurate. It’s a little more pricey than this Walmart shopper would prefer to spend, but I’ve never had a collagen work this well before. Oh! And it tastes exactly like an intense peach ring, remember those??? Yum.

So many mixed feelings with this. The taste was totally fine on it's own. Artificial flavor, sure, but nothing god awful. (Per label, kept in fridge to preserve flavor) The caffeine content in this is laughable. Even getting up into my 40's I drink more just casually through the day than what's in one serving of this. Tried to do it in the morning only at first - and the first few days felt like I got a kind of natural boost to energy. And that was it. Increasing to 2 or 3 times a day didn't matter. Felt no difference after those first few days. Did my nails feel stronger? Yeah - but I was doing 2 other things to help my nails at the same time. So I can't say if it was a contributing factor at all. Didn't finish the bottle as it felt like I saw no benefits. Gave it a 3 because well, it did something at first anyway. And it was pretty tasty. I can't be mad at it. You get what you get when buying things online without direction from professionals and expecting something like actual weight loss or marked improvements.

This is the BEST collagen. It give me energy, and make you stay full longer. I mixed with cold water/ice and it taste like a peach drink. Taste delicious so I subscribe to it monthly! I also have lost weight. Love it!!!

If you have an issue with losing weight energy levels and joint pain get the bottle. I’ve always heard about collagen helping but can’t stand the taste oi texture when in food I decided to try this tastes fantastic and after just one month I’m down 5lbs I’m more energized I crave less junk food and the thinning that my hair had shows new growth that’s just one month in can’t wait to see the results further down the line. You do have to use the bathroom a lot more but I think that’s just part of the process.
