First, I’m not paid or sponsored. I just wanted to give MY opinion and experience. I’ve been using this since February 2026. After 3 days I noticed some small positive changes. My hair became less brittle. Also, my energy became more steady. My skin does feel a bit more bouncy as well. Mostly though, when I take this collagen I feel sturdier. I have small injuries often from abnormally stretchy ligaments and a lot of pain excessive wear-and-tear on my body, due to a lifetime of sports and just not taking care of myself or my recovery like I should have been doing. I take this 2x a day and feel like a human. If I don’t take it I feel dull and achy, then within about 10-20 mins of taking it, I feel strong again. I tried a few other collagen brands and some work, like basic collagen peptides, but the liquid Zena Nutrition one did nothing for me except make my hair and skin nice. I wanted to try it because it’s a bit less costly, but, my body felt like crap and I took multiple extra servings of it to chase the effects of how this one makes me feel. Also, I really have been able to lose and keep off a few pounds. I bounce between 152 and 146. I initially got down to 143 while I usually have to starve myself for that number and now my body naturally is at 144 and when I eat less the previous day i wake up at 141 lbs! I can eat more, but I don’t need to because this does really well at curbing my appetite and making me not so hungry. I crave sugar quite a bit less and I’ve struggled with sugar addiction my entire life. Additionally, it tastes great. I mix it with a flavored magnesium/ ashwaganda/ calm powder at night and I sleep like a baby, deep and pain free. Also, if you despise taking pills, which I do because I have a sensitive stomach, then this will make you look forward to taking it. It is expensive for my budget, but improved quality of life is a reasonable trade off.

I’ve been using this liquid collagen consistently, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve noticed visible improvements in both my skin and my hair. My skin looks healthier and more hydrated, and my hair feels stronger and looks shinier. One of the things I love most is the taste. It’s pleasant and not overly sweet like some other liquid collagen products I’ve tried. I actually look forward to drinking it each morning. I enjoy it hot like a cup of tea, add water, stir and drink. Another huge plus is the value. I previously used a much more expensive brand, and this has given me comparable -if not better- results at a much better price. It definitely gives me more bang for my buck. If you’re looking for an affordable, great-tasting liquid collagen that delivers noticeable results, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

This stuff works fast! I've been taking a different type of liquid collagen which tastes amazing but it's been too costly for the monthly membership. Was taking it the same way I'm taking this product... Mixed in with GLUTAMINE & CREATINE with BERBERINE pills, I have leaky gut too so I need something to help heal it not just control it. While with the other product it has taken a while to notice the difference? But it did helped., was taking it it for 3 months tbh. This stuff... I'm on week two same bottle and noticed the difference right away same mixture glutamine & creatine with BERBERINE pills mixed in with water on an empty stomach in the morning or at night ( I take it at night) my stomach has been healed faster no indigestion, gas, I'm not as hungry and noticed some dark spots fading on my face. Bonus! I can feel my clothes getting loose which is amazing I haven't weighed myself but the clothes don't lie. I still eat what I want but much less portions. Now this stuff mixed in with what I'm taking it with will make you go to bathroom A LOT! I was taking it twice a day and had to cut back to once a day. It does taste like peach candy and everything dissolves better with this product as it didn't with the other liquid collagen I was taking. I highly recommend this stuff I'm going to be buying more of it

This stuff is yummy 😋!! This is my third time purchasing. I bought the liquid 2x, and the powder once. My reviews on the product. I noticed the comments in reference to the liquid being "messy" after pour. If you allow it to run back into the bottle, after use...that helps. The taste is soooo good to me. It's very easy to take. I am a little confused with the doseage tho. The bottle seems to run out faster than the powder. Especially, when I'm taking 3 times per day. Now, the power, taste good, easy to dissolve, and it seems to me that you get more...like I said, I have been using this product since March, and I think my mind is telling me it's working because it's so easy to take. But, in all actuality I haven't noticed much change at all. I think it's time for me to invest in the more expensive brand, for the 6w challenge. (Spoiled child or something like that) oh, and one more thing the customer service here is amazing and helpful. They also have a coupon in the powder, which is a win. I will try the other brand, then I'll be back 🏃‍♀️ 😊

People talking about the bottle leaking all the time? They're using the cap to measure their TBSP. That's not the cap's purpose. When you put liquid in the cap, and then screw it back on, its GOING TO LEAK whatever is still in the cap through the sides. It's common sense. Before I started taking this, I was 5'6, and 158.3lbs... I have only used this for a day and a half, and I'm seeing results!! I am down 3 lbs already. I'm at 155.1 today! I use to be a skinny SKINNY girl (97 - 104lbs) with big breasts, until I started working from home, with a IUD inserted and sleep meds that don't help with burning weight. All I needed was something that could help kick my metabolism back and help with my dang post-pregnancy hair loss. I haven't noticed anything with my hair or skin yet but I will edit my review with the results. I do have better energy today, and I'm someone who can sleep over 16 hours straight. I've had no issues with having to rush to the restroom. The peach flavor is almost strong enough to cover the fermented enzyme smell/taste which is kinda like something dead, but its an aftertaste that's not overpowering. For the results I have already had, I can deal with it. And I have not experienced any heartburn or "burning" sensations as some reviewers have mentioned. I do wish for the bottle to last longer, but I'm going to keep using it 3x daily until I'm down 10 pounds. My goal is 40 pounds. A perfect BMI for myself, in my opinion.

I’ve only been using this for 6 days and I can see visible improvements my skin. As it’s brighter, no longer dull, and pale. The taste isn’t bad either. Will continue buying this product!

Started taking this a few days ago and noticed right away my stomach felt less bloated. The flavor is smooth, like candy peach rings. Very easy to take. I take 1 shot 3x a day. I have noticed it has curbed my appetite and a lot less cravings. I’m excited to continue trying this! I do wish they had a few more flavors in this besides just peach.
