Black Wolf Wush Pro Electric Ear Wax Removal Kit - Ear Hygiene Essential

I want anyone to know who reads this that this is a great product, and I certainly didn't expect it to be as good as it was. I got it because I had a gift card and my left ear was clogged more so than my right. It was starting to bug me because I knew how good my hearing was before my ear was clogged. The instructions said to put the nozzle in my ear on a low setting to start with, which I picked the highest because MD now has cleaned my ears before at a high setting. Plus, it's just water, with a little added pressure I would add. The instructions also said to try flushing my ear out for up to 10 to 15 minutes. Of course, taking a break in between to not only refill the reservoir with warm water, but also to try to get the stuff in my ear out, including the water. At first, I didn't notice anything coming out into the sink, but then I checked the nozzle. Without going into detail, let's just say it did a fantastic job! It took me about 7 tries, but I just kept going and I'm glad I did! Not only can I hear really good now, but with distinction. I can listen to conversations without having to ask people what they're saying, or just nodding like a bubbling idiot because I didn't want the other person to feel like I was ignoring them, when in reality I couldn't hear what they were saying in a group of people. I can also hear the reverberation change in every room, which I was not able to do before. I'm able to hear a wider of a range of frequencies as well, which really helps because I help with pro-audio. I'm extremely grateful for this product. 20/10, Higly recommend!

Bottom line is I think it’s worth it. I’m a middle aged dude who has dealt with ear wax my whole life. Nothing like that feeling where you tap on one side of your head with a finger then the other and the tones are different. Then there is the wife telling me to turn the Tv down because it’s so loud but it’s not to me. I don’t know if this tool is the end all be all, but using it with my normal routine of ear drops will be helpful. My first use of this was with my left ear plugged and i had been using drops for a couple days. I used this on the low setting since it was new and i just wanted to be careful. I did 15 seconds on low and could see some tiny bits of ear wax in the sink, so that was a good sign. From there i used the water bulb that comes with the ear drops since I’m used to that and first blast i got the motherload out of my ear. Immediate results! Hearing restored! So, like i said initially, using it with your normal routine it’s a useful tool. For me, it’s worth having if you routinely deal with wax. I’ve only used it once so i can’t speak to longevity or durability. As far as noise, it’s not too loud. About the same level as a teeth cleaner or anything that runs a tiny pump. It’s easy to use. Instructions take 3 minutes to read completely. If your looking at this product then you probably could use it :)

3-4 stars, I would only give it a 5 star if the product would last forever which it clearly doesn't. Product is in fact made in China. Had this product for two years before it stopped working—seems to be a battery issue. It saved me money compared to $40 copays for ear cleanings at the clinic. Disappointed it broke, but I may buy another, possibly from a more durable brand.

I have had wax buildup all my life with horror stories that still linger from my childhood. As a child I would rather go to the dentist than the doctor for ear wax removal. It was always pain fear before, pain during & after. They used to remove it much like I was a dog being given a bath in the sink. I finally had a doctor remove it with of all things a Water Pick for removing plaque from teeth - it worked fast & with NO pain (he obviously knew what he was doing). I was warned NEVER TRY THIS AT HOME - you would easily blow out your own eardrums. I used to have a shopping size bag of ear wax removal products in the bathroom. They have now all been properly placed where they ALL belong The Garbage. This product is a safe version of the Water Pck a doctor once used so effectively on me. There are 3 setting Low, Medium, & High I suggest till you get the hang of it & know your own individual sensitivity you just start on Low. I use this in the shower ONLY so there is no issue with needing to be careful with spraying water all over the place. It is waterproof & rechargeable so absolutely perfect to use in your shower. The 2 color nozzles are merely so 2 different people can use them without sharing 1, the nozzles otherwise are all exactly the same. Each nozzle has 3 openinings around the outside rim with the main one in the center. It has taken me a few sessions to fully clean my ears out BUT trust me when I say that is nothing & was nothing as I was at the point of making a doctors appointment. When I tell you I had bad wax buildup my doctors appointments would always remove what one could only call a plug. I have even recently thrown out my Ear Dry as it turns out when your ears are clean the water just drips right on out - what a pleasure that has become for me. I personally use the middle setting & clean my ears once a week in the shower it is quick and what I would even consider a pleasant experience at least for me. I fill up the reservoir right in the shower twice, one full reservoir for each ear. It is a pleasure to always have clean ears & my hearing has become better then ever. I hope your experience leaves you as happy as me knowing a problem that has lasted a lifetime for me finally has a conclusion, I am over 50 so do the math & Good Luck...

I bought one of Black Wolf's WUSH earwax cleaner products in 2023. I have used it less than 10 times, probably 6 at the most. I stored it when not used (most of the last 3 years) in a cabinet not exposed to any unusual factors. I took it out a few weeks ago and it was dead: Would not take a charge, no lights, just dead. After several emails with the company asking for a repair or exchange, I was told it was out of warranty and offered a $15 certificate to buy a new product from them. Of course it was out of warranty, but should a product die after so little use? I turned down the gift certificate offer: As the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you." In my opinion, based on other reviews I have read and my own experience, this company knows it has a QC problem with its WUSH product and doesn't care as long as it can get away with selling it.

When it worked it worked az advertised. I loved it. It was extremely easy to use. Mine after less than 3 months one day when I plugged it in to charge allbled lights blinked on than off in less thn a second and then nothing else. I left it plugged in for about 24 hours and checked again. Nothing had changed. Mine no longer works at all. I will need to buy a brand new o to replace my dead one. I felt much better whenever I used this product. Not sure if the issue might be that the USBC port does not have a rubber cover to protect it. So maybe water could have goten into it since I used it in the shower. The instructions say it is safe to use in the shower. Maybe not in my case. If n" this needs to be included in the product manual. Or if it is safe to use inthe shower, please include test practices for how to put the unit on a counter to dry correctly. Will be buying a new one today.

The very fact that there is such a thing as this means that ear wax buildup is a common issue. My ear wax cleaning routine consisted of loosening up the buildup every few weeks with hydrogen peroxide and then rinsing in the shower to rid the buildup. However, for about the past three months, there's been excessive buildup on my right ear where my normal routine wasn't working and I was getting tinnitus. So, out of a bit of desperation, I decided to try this. the thought of using a device to push water in my ear seemed a bit intimidating, but as mentioned, I was a bit desperate. I chose the Wush brand over the many other similar ones because this brand is promoted by a lifestyle expert on a network news channel as that seemed better than just rolling the dice with an unknown product. Included the device, a USB C charging cable, extra ear tips, instructions and an external cup for use if you don't run the device in the shower. The device itself is pretty well self contained. An arm folds out and the arm and ear tip almost recedes entirely in the unit. There are 3 levels of strength. The unit has a flip out slim door for easy filling of the water. The bottom half also slips off for cleaning and drying. It is important to follow the suggested instructions. I started on the lowest setting, then second, then the third. Also, it is important to follow the instruction of using water that is about body temperature. I tried once on my left ear but the water was cool and afterwards felt a little disoriented. The water reservoir holds about a cup of water. In a matter of about 5 seconds, all the water gets used up and a refill may be needed. After trying for about 3 rounds on my right ear a couple of good chunks of built up ear was came out. I'm a believer. Now my right ear's hearing is back to normal an no more tinnitus. Here is what I like and dislike of the Wush ear cleaner: Likes: ------ - It works to clear up even stubborn built up wax (I did soften with peroxide before trying the Wush) - pretty much a self-contained unit - 3 different modes - unit is detachable for cleaning and drying - includes extra ear tips and USB C charging cable Dislikes: --------- - didn't include a cover to cover exposed USB-C port (I use a spare that I got for something else) - water reservoir needs refilling often during a cleaning session I give the Wush Pro ear cleaner 5 out of 5 stars.

Let me tell you this thing is pure bliss. I’ve always enjoyed the satisfying feeling of a Q-tip clean, but the Wush Pro takes it up a notch. It feels gentler and honestly safer since there’s no poking around with sticks. The water pressure delivers a deep clean that’s both effective and oddly soothing. The spray sound caught me off guard at first because it’s a bit loud but I got used to it quickly. That “extra clean” sensation it leaves behind is what makes it totally worth it. J’ai acheté le nettoyeur d’oreille Wush Pro, le 9 août à la suite de deux blocages d’oreilles simultanément, qui ont été très pénibles. J’ai dû me rendre à la clinique privée en urgence pour enlever les bouchons de cire. À la suite, j’ai acheté l’appareil Wush Pro afin que je puisse exécuter le lavage d’oreille à chaque deux semaines. Je trouve cet appareil très efficace pour le nettoyage d’oreille et surtout, je peux le faire moi-même pour éviter la formation de futurs bouchons. En plus en prévenant la formation de bouchon, ceci augmente le rendement et l’efficacité de mes appareils auditifs. Je vérifie après chaque nettoyage avec l’endoscope et depuis l’utilisation du Wush Pro je suis agréablement surpris de l’efficacité concernant la propreté de mes conduits auditifs. Le produit est de très bonne qualité à l’exception de la prise du connecteur USB type C qui selon moi devrait posséder un couvert pour éviter l’infiltration d’eau, comme mentionné aux différents avis par plusieurs utilisateurs. Pour éviter tout problème, je n’utilise pas l’appareil sous la douche à cause de ceci. Normalement, j’utilise les deux premières vitesses. J’évite d’utiliser la 3e vitesse, car selon moi cette vitesse est un peu trop puissante.

So got this on Saturday charged it up used it on Sunday in now I looked at the reviews and another customer gave us good advice to cover usb charging port with a bit of tape to stop water going into port so I did thanks now this product is amazing fantastic I don’t need to say anything else it WORKS very well I wear foam ear plugs every day Monday - Friday so I had my ears checked at my local doctors so I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks so I said I can’t wait I’m pleased I bought this product it beats going to any clinic so easy to use I would definitely recommend it buy it very quick delivery from Amazon

Amazing feeling..... Having had issues with ear wax and blocked ears I've been using this for several weeks and haven't had any issues! The feeling is great and love the different pressure settings. I do have a fear of taking it into the shower since the USB-C charge port is open and worry that if water got in, it could damage it. Overall a great product, though on the expensive side, I would highly recommend to friends and family.
