You can leave it in or wash it out , if you want to wash it out the manufacture advices to leave it in for at least 10 minutes before washing it out.

Can I put this on hair and blow dry in hair !?

Personally i think this is more of a scalp oil rather than a heat protection / de frizz oil. It is fairly lightweight as long as you use tiny amounts - i wouldnt see why you couldnt blow dry after but you may find your scalp getting oilier quicker than usual. I did use daily at first and found my scalp got greasier much quicker and it did itch a bit so i stick to using before washing. I hope this helps!!

Is this rosemary oil diluted already? I’ve heard you have to dilute rosemary oil before use.

There is no need to dilute the oil from person use that I have experienced. But if you have a hair treatment oil in which you create your own I suggest you add some of the rosemary oil to it as part of growth. But direct use is perfectly fine
