Quality
Really nice and it is adjustable

Good quality. The last setting requires a strong grip to be able to close it.
I bought it to help me in with nicotine withdraws to keep my hands busy. I'm still smoking and it's sitting in a drawer for now lol. However, very good quality and you can set it from sort-of-easy, to hard. I have a very strong grip, and it's still hard to do 10 squeezes making it touch. I haven't used it much so I don't know how much it would hold up, but it's a simple device and no much can go wrong with it if at all, I think!!

Nice
Nice grip, adjustable weight... but even at the lowest (10lbs) it is a bit hard for me so I wish it started at 5lbs. I really have to work on my strength though!

Grip Strengthener
This seems like a very good grip strengthener. It fits well in the hand, has a comfortable grip, and can be adjusted as a persons grip gets stronger. It is a much better design than the old spring type since it can be adjusted. All in all a very good buy.

Works as expected! Good value!
Works as expected! Been using it for the last few weeks and found it to be very stable. Love how easy it is to customize the weight and resistance. Grip strength is excellent and I thought it to be a good value for the money.

Great for older folks
A good product and easy to use. I use it while watching tv. Older folks tend to lose grip strength and they can't open jars, etc. This is an easy to use item to keep up your abilities.

Not very good construction
I have another device of the same type but from a different brand, and it's much better; the build quality is noticeably better.
User
Good quality, lots of levels of difficulty

Works great for exercises to help with tendonitis
I've had tendonitis for the past 20 years roughly at this point and I've tried various exercises and stuff for it. My doctor recommended a stress ball to help strengthen the muscles around my tendons for support but I find the stress balls to be awkward to hold and makes it painful to use because of that. This has been a much better choice to help improve my grip strength and tighten up the muscles around the tendons in my arms. There's a knob that allows you to adjust the tension so it can be really easy to grip or really hard. If you have damaged tendons, I suggest starting it on the lower settings to help build yourself up to the higher settings. I have personally come to notice that my grip in my left hand which doesn't have tendonitis is considerably stronger compared to my right hand so I have to halve the overall tension whenever I use this to exercise my right hand. The adjustment to the weight resistance is easy to set, it's literally just the turn of a knob and it adjusts the spring outward or inward. One of the best features about this is the fact that it has that curved handle that fits around your fingers better and makes it a lot more comfortable and easy to use. I think that's the big benefit with this over a typical stress ball if you have tendonitis. With a stress ball your hand is in the shape of the ball and it's not is easy to make the grip because your hand is not setting uniform. With this however, it is in the shape of your natural hand grip which makes it a lot less strenuous on your wrist in particular. It's still hard to do and hurts because tendonitis sucks like that, but it's considerably less painful compared to squeezing on a stress ball.If you need something to exercise your hand if you have something along lines of tendonitis or potentially even carpal tunnel, this is a solid option. I would maybe suggest talking to your doctor first to see if they think something like this is a good option but from my personal experience with tendonitis specifically, it has been helping build up my grip and keeping the tendons stretched a little better. I highly recommend it.

Excellent adjustable range of resistance.
Great product. Solid construction. Excellent range of resistance. It goes from child friendly to beast mode. I currently have it set at 35kg but it goes up to 60kg. I can barely move it at max settings. It goes as low as 5kg so if you haven't got a strong grip, you can still use it to start building hand strength.Perfect for rock climbers, weight lifters and the lower settings are ideal for rehabilitation after hand injury.

Build up those wrists
My husband's had problems with the grip in his hand. When I saw the Fit Beast grip strengthener I thought it would work well for him. I was right. It's adjustable so you can start at the level you're at and then push yourself to new levels. I tested it out before I gave it to him and it worked well. Now that I'm in rehab for a broken hand, I think this will be very useful for me. I'm not at the point of strength training yet, but we'll be using this as soon as I'm able to.
