Helped a lot with my shedding and breaking
If your hair is breaking and shedding due to weight loss, stress, etc, etc,… this vitamins are a big help, your not going to get more hair or thicker hair you get the hair you had before. Nails do grow faster and stronger

This supplement for hair and nails work.
I was waiting to go through one bottle of this Biosil Advanced Hair supplement. So far it seems to help with my hair thickness and stronger nails.

Biosil Advanced Hair + Nail Care has 65 mcg of biotin per capsule.
After 5 weeks of taking 2 per day, I haven't seen any nail improvement, but my hair isn't shedding as much. The big surprise - my eyebrows are growing back! I also take 20-30g of collagen peptides/day. I was previously taking plain biotin but the 5k mcg dosage made me itch.

It really helps! Stronger nails in weeks
After 3-4 weeks of taking these daily, my nails are definitely stronger with less peeling. I am also noticing less hair loss in the shower. Overall I’m very happy with biosil!! I’m going to keep taking it and I highly recommend it.
