People can say what they want about capsulated probiotics that aren’t refrigerated not being active, but that isn’t true with at least with this one. I use the capsule to make a type of yogurt and the probiotic in this product made a beautiful, creamy yogurt. Very active bacteria. I have been doing this with a few different probiotic blends and individual bacteria and have loved the effect. It has improved my digestion and comfort. Helps things move along a little better. The ingredients are in a capsule that can be easily opened and put in juice, smoothie, or coffee.

I cant really say how they work because half of the time I forget to take them. I really love the size. They are so tiny. It says that it's a probiotic. When I did take them I had no side affects. They have no odor nor do they leave a bad taste at all. I swallow it so not sure why it's suggesting that I mention dissolvability. They are easy to swallow.

I paired this with the lactobacillus Reuteri and rhamnosus to help with recurring yeast infections and I have had one now in several months. It’s been a miracle. Highly recommend for vaginal health.
