Great taste and very smooth !
A friend recommended this to me and I have making batches of soup to freeze and started adding a spoonful to the pan to add some more flavour . Gives my soup a nice slightly salty taste and I think really adds to its flavour , I shall also add it to my other cooking recipes as I go along . Not cheap but goes a long way and will be on my regular shopping list now .

I was unsure at first as Miso is a new ingredient for me but it has really helped to massively transform my noodles into something that might actually be worthy of the name Ramen.
