This thing is great, it gets cold fast and stays that way. Easy to adjust the temp, big enough for all my stuff, and it doesn't run my battery down at night when the truck is off. I use this in an oilfield truck, so it stays on 24/7, and gets banged around on the lease roads just like everything in the truck. I've ordered one for my dad, and for my jeep, and plan to order 2 more for my overland camper.

This cooler works great! My car sits in the hot Miami, FL sun and its over 100 deg inside the parked car when I open the door during the day. Sitting "off" in the hot car all day, the max cooler temperature ranges from 71 to the mid-eighties, but as soon as the engine and cooler are turned "on", the cooler temperature drops 30 degrees in about 35 minutes and continues going down to your temperature set point. I've set mine as low as 38. Photo shows it at 45.

I bought the Alpicool 10 Quart Refrigerator / Freezer. I built a mini solo camping vehicle. I wanted to be able to cook food (I have a microwave and a portable induction cook top) while out and about. I use a Bluetti AC180 for my power supply and that is charged from 300 watts of solar on the roof. But of major importance to me was to have fresh food. This refrigerator / freezer was the perfect size for me. I can put in a couple of steaks and all the sides dishes inside. This allows me to cook up some good food instead of having to eat dehydrated camping food all the time. Some of the really great things I like about this is the fact it uses a true compressor for the cooling cycle. Just like your big refrigerator you have at home. It has a locking lid so I do not have to worry about the lid popping open while I am driving. It has tie down points on all four corners so I can secure it to my shelving rack (the shelving rack it firmly bolted to the 3/4 plywood platform which is in turn bolted to the floor of my 4Runner) The controls are very simple to use. It is SUPER QUIET when running so it does not wake me when it turns on during the night. Overall, as long is it holds up I will be a very happy camper.

it does keep things cold, the only draw back is the coils aren't in the bottom of the inside. Cooling coils are only around the sides. Not ideal , but it works. Ran it by D.C. power ( Jackery ) value for the money I'm on the fence. Overall it works for temporary situations. The owner was very pleasant with me, did offer a refund However I declined the offer, it works. The weight, size , is very easy to move about.

I bought this refrigerator to replace one that quit and could not be fixed. My thanks to the design engineers and production facility for making this a truly outstanding refrigerator. Plug it in, set the temperature, and in no time it's cold. It's well insulated so even if it's not plugged into the vehicle lighter outlet and not running, it still stays cold for awhile even if the vehicle is parked in the sun. It has four lugs, one on each corner to attach a strap to. This unit is well built and kind of heavy especially loaded down with multiple water bottles so a strap really helps. I used a left over strap from a carry bag and that works fine. Comes with reasonably long power cords unlike other units with extremely short cords. I put it in the middle of the back seat where it also functions quite well as another arm rest with easy access to the refrigerator's contents. I expect many years of use from this unit.

We are camping in our airstream over the summer and did not have a large enough refrigerator to store both food and my insulin. We bought this to specifically store my insulin.He bought an independent digital thermometer that we keep it in and it varies a few degrees from the digital reader on the fridge.When we aren't plugged into shore power we are able to run it off of the DC plug in which is great.Overall, we have been really impressed, since it has been running nonstop for months with no issues.

I bought the smallest one they make and am very happy with it. I'm a short haul OTR driver and didn't need anything real big but I do like my cold milk in the morning and am very happy with this. Cools very quickly.

Never worked. Bought for my son for his work. Plugged it into his truck and it never worked. Tried to troubleshoot it but nothing worked. Wanted to return it but he lives in another state and is continuing traveling. Make sure it’s compatible before you buy.
