Worst Experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The oven was delivered with a completely faulty door that does not close, making the product unusable. It has been almost 15–20 days, and despite repeated return requests, the return has been cancelled multiple times. My money is still stuck, and neither customer care nor grievance redressal has provided any solution. This is completely unacceptable and feels like customers are being taken for granted. Think twice before purchasing.
