peets is quality & fresh & bold both whole bean AND ground. My Fav Goto coffee both caff and Swiss Water processed Decaf. I go between Major Dickenson & French Roast. The "Major D" MIGHT be a tad mellower though richly bold & never bitter. Neither roast becomes bitter no matter how strong a coffee water ratio i use, whether it be pour over, French Press, Kcups, Mokapot, or even my rarely used drip coffee maker. I admit however, I have never used a standard percolator. Oh, last but not least, peets does not get bitter after ditting on my dingle cup coffee warmer for 2-3 hours, though maybe a bit richer thicker tasting. Wayy more stable tthan other brand upper quality blends & roasts. Well worth the extra few cents cost per cup.

A strong and delicious dark roast! Great value and price especially for being organic. At the moment I am liking very much Seattle's best organic dark roast. And, this one from Peet's the18oz I just received in the mail. It's excellent. If you are a prime member you can save in the shipping of these kind of items. The stores that have this kind of coffee is sometimes much more expensive. This whole bag is going to be great 👍

BEST COFFEE TO EVER EXSIST!! Did not hurt my gut, the strength of the caffeine was good. Sooth and very tasteful. Just the BEST!

Peet’s is great coffee. I love that it’s organic! The aroma wakes you up just as much as the coffee!! It was hard finding organic coffee in a dark roast, and I understand why, but I’m so glad I found the dark roast blend! This coffee is smooth and flavorful!! Great value, considering it’s organic, comes in different blends and tastes great!!
