Great design, fast and reliable charging, and lasts forever. The built-in cable is super convenient.Only downside: it’s a bit heavy — but totally worth it for the power it delivers. Highly recommended!

seems like a good product for the cost
I got the charger with 37% battery and plugged it into a generic wall charger with the built-in chord (charger not included with the product). It took about 4 hours and fifteen minutes to charge from 37% to 100%. I then used it to charge my phone from 82% to 100% in about 27 minutes using approximately 6% of it's capacity. If you assume that the charger does have the rated capacity of 20,000 mAh and compare that to my phone's rated battery capacity of 4,900 mAh then it charges with an efficiency of about 74%, which is a bit low for electrical-electrical energy conversion but not abnormally low. I haven't used it much but so far I'm happy with the product, especially for the price which seems very reasonable for the capacity and features. It's a bit bulky at about 2.5 times the thickness and the same length and width of a largish phone. Construction seems sturdy. I question the wisdom of an integrated power chord that is meant to double as a carrying strap and I can't get over the name of the product line (cuck-tech - really - like, really?) but overall I'm pleased so far.

Simple and Effective
Love this battery. It charges my laptop with the built in cable. It holds a charge well and is durable. Simple and effective. I have since bought another one as a backup.
