Great belt for adding extra weight during pull-ups and dips. The material feels sturdy and well-built, and the padding makes it comfortable to wear even with heavier plates. The chain length could be slightly longer, but it still works well for most standard plates. Overall, it's a solid and reliable dip belt that does exactly what it's meant to - excellent value for the price.

I have used this belt several times now for both dips and chin up with various weights up to 20 kg. I have used it with cast-iron Olympic weights (2“ centre) and basic vinyl weights (1“ centre) and both work fine. Everything feels solid and well-made and I’m very happy with the product, especially at this great value price.

Fantastic and fits perfectly

I've used this belt a couple of times now, and it seems pretty good quality (especially for the price!) I don't expect it to fall apart quickly. However, the chain is slightly too short for use with full-size plates. See the picture: the plate hangs high enough to make quite positive contact with the crotch! It's certainly a sensation. Could do with a couple of inches more leeway to avert the risk of being smacked in the nuts.
