After an 11 hour flight I had a small cut on the back right side of my neck. On the flight home, I adjusted the neck pillow to have the Velcro attach on the left front side and I did not have the same problem. I feel this is a good quality pillow for traveling, it is supportive and also rolls pretty small to pack in your carry on or attach it to the outside. Also, air out the neck pillow when you receive it so the fumes aren’t so strong.
