Nice scale but not so accurate if you were an elite athlete in youth with dense muscular body underneath currently. I do like the features though and would be perfect for people with normal variations.

I am surprised at the accuracy of the data being recorded to the .1 of a lb etc.. I have weighed myself each morning and then in the evening for a week. It surprising to see how your weight changes during the same day. However, now that I know that I will be weighing just in the am as is recommended to get the most accurate reading. I love the comparison and the trendlines. I have lost 3 lbs. already, and I am also checking my muscle mass, bone mass and fat readings as I exercise and eat a good diet high in protein. Just be sure you weigh yourself with bare feet to allow the measurements to work. Also, be sure to check the warnings if you have a pacemaker etc that might be affected by the pulses. It is easy to use, just set on the scale and watch the digital readings. This is a great value as I switched from another scale that only did weight.

I am really enjoying the features of this scale. It includes quite a few metrics for tracking weight, muscle density, BMI and several other health factors. I purchased this scale because of the high accuracy. I can attest that the measurements track very closely each time there’s not a lot of variance from day today. This tells me that these are accurate measurements because they are consistent and I’m not getting a bunch of different readings over a short amount of time. I also like that it has an audible beep once it is finished weighing and making the measurements so I know when I can step off. I found that the app that goes with it is very user-friendly and you can see the trend of all of your data. The drawback is that if you want to have all that information, you need to have the app open and your phone with you when you take the measurement. it will show up on the display on the scale as well, but it disappears pretty quickly so it’s hard to read unless it’s going into the app. The base is pretty large, so it works well if you are a bigger person and it has a high weight capacity as well. The display is also pretty large, but it’s kind of challenging to decipher what each of the numbers are aside from just weight. I also wish that it used a rechargeable battery option rather than regular batteries, but for the price point that was a trade-off that was worth it to me compared to other more expensive scales. I think this scale does an excellent job and from what I’ve read has very high rate of accuracy so I am very happy with this purchase and it was very affordable.

This scale is very accurate. It can be connected by bluetooth to your phone to an app that you download. You can track weight, fat, protein, water, muscle mass and several other factors. The app has a great tracking feature that shows your progress and shows how close you are to healthy readings. I find it very motivational. You can add more than one person to track progress. Very happy with quality and operations.

The scale and the phone app work well together. Once calibrated, it works great. The app sends reminders to weigh yourself and keeps track of your progress with cute sound effects if you are on track or off track. Alot of detail is displayed too, which are all tracked too. The app takes a bit to learn and familiarise, but it works and shows right amount of information.
