This was easy and very quick to assemble. It has less resistance than I was expecting, but that's not a problem for me. I can still feel it working in my legs and my sides and stomach region. By adjusting your posture, you can either add more weight/pressure on your legs or less weight. The straighter you stand the more weight you add to your legs. It does a great job working my hip flexors, which is the main reason I bought it. The machine is very sturdy and stable. I am about 180 pounds. It saves a lot of space since it flattens out pretty well. You can even adjust the step pedals to lie flat. It's a very quick and easy adjustment. I have already recommended it to my family and friends. This is a great product! I'm glad I bought it.

Love this! I’ve had it just for over a week now and use each day. Great for cardio really gives you a good burn! After first use I was covered in sweat. The noise is not issue. Love that it can be stored away and does not take up to much space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was assembled with 20 minutes.

This is easy to set up and store, making it a fantastic option for anyone looking to stay active at home and don't have much space. While I wish it had a bit more resistance, It gives a great cardio workout and gets me sweating and the legs burning. It is a great addition to my home workout routine!

This thing works awesome! There’s no resistance besides your own body and there are different ways. You can make it harder if you get to that point however getting to five minutes starting off is already a struggle. 😂 you can lean toward the bar or you can try to stand up, which makes it harder. I did it yesterday and my legs were incredibly sore. I did it today and made a video. It is lightweight enough that you can move it around. It’s nice outside in Washington state where I live so I took it outdoors. Ignore the background we’ve got lots of outdoor projects going on.😆

It works exactly as described, but I’d suggest asking yourself if you’ll actually use it regularly before buying. I got it after seeing it all over TikTok, but I haven’t used it much and kind of regret the purchase. It definitely gives you a good workout—I just prefer other types of exercise and don’t feel motivated to use this one. One thing I didn’t love is the pedal size. The footrests are short, so only the front half of your foot fits, and there’s no support for your heels. I still gave it 5 stars because it works well and does what it’s supposed to do—it just ended up not being the right fit for me.

Ok so here’s a real review. I bought this because I was having a hard time making it to the gym, and I have a tiny apartment. It is very easy to put together. You cannot adjust resistance, you basically have to change the resistance yourself by how you work out on it. It can be a good workout if you get into a good rhythm, have good posture, and switch your tempo and include arm movements. You have to really do a lot yourself to feel a workout from it. It definitely does not give your thighs the workout a regular stair master does. Over all, it’s OK to get a little sweat in when you can’t make it to the gym.

Absolutely in love with this machine! SUPER easy to set up and use. You immediately feel the pressure in your thighs the moment you begin using it. I was sweating like if the sun was pissed off shining inside my room! 😮‍💨 It definitely gives you a nice workout. I would really recommend it. Worth the price and lightweight but not to the point where you feel you might fall. Unless you suffer from vertigo then I don’t recommend this machine. Only because it’s a bit high but it also depends on your height. My arms can literally touch the ceiling when I’m on it. I’m 5’6. If you’re a petite person don’t worry the handle bar can be adjusted to your height which is a HUGE plus for me. So far 9/10 only because it’s freshly new and I’m hoping there’s no damages with further use. Not noisy at all and the functionality is super smooth and at the same time sturdy. The steps where you lay your foot can also be adjusted to three levels. So the differences are as if you’re climbing stairs to suddenly hills depending on the adjustment you prefer. Definitely a calorie burner. Also really easy to fold and put away anywhere. It will fit pretty much any spot and won’t be on the way.

This product is terrible!! It’s very flimsy thus if you lean forward it feels like you’ll fall frontwards. Same if you slightly lean back you’ll feel like you’ll fall off since it’s not sturdy so you’ll need to stand perfectly upright. Despite this, the pedals are ridiculously made so half your foot is hanging off the pedal. I wear a size 7 women’s and my foot hangs off. The pedals are so uncomfortable you’d definitely have to wear shoes at all times but the balls of your feet will still hurt regardless but with shoes you’d have better grip. The amount of discomfort makes you not want to use it for more than 3-5 minutes. The pedals are so close together your thighs are practically rubbing together the whole time. I will never buy Merarch products ever again. Negative 5 stars for this product. I should’ve bought a bike!
