Rough strap causes pain!
Smooth and comfortable platform. But the strap is rough which cause pain and discomfort while walking… It is not worth for the money.

product is good and useful. But we did not have a good delivery experience because when we ordered first, it was mentioned delivered and we never received the product. we ordered it again in next in guess 3-4 days or more - at that time price was different. Requesting to give a correct delivery date and honor the same w/o having pressure to deliver fast. Provide a date which you can deliver.
