Unpackaged everything from the box: remote, adhesive/reusable pad. I adhered the pad to my back and prepared to use the device with remote. However, when i tried the remote it was dead. Several attempt were made to charge the remote, but it would not hold a charge. The pad works without the remote so it was not a complete loss. Though the point was to have access to difficult areas of my back to have relief and to use the remote to turn the pad on often.I have reached out to customer service without reply or replacement. Disappointing.The device does operate without a remote. Just inconvenient.

I have Ehlers Danlos, so I have a ton of TENS Units and compression braces. Personally, I don't worry about "how well will this stick?" because I place my TENS leads under braces to hold them on. I got this for my SI Joints, and I have it placed under an SI Belt. It's amazing. I'm on intensity level 6...out of 19. This is my life now. I need to find out if I can buy/use a second one without the remotes getting confused. I would recommend using a brace or wrap of some sort with ALL TENS style electrodes, so don't expect anything to magically stick all by itself. Apply the TENS, wrap/brace it, turn it on and enjoy relief. This one DEFINITELY isn't weak. I haven't fully figured out the heat settings, but I didn't even know the heat settings existed. That'll be a bonus if I can get it to heat up. The TENS alone is amazing.

Received and used it right away. I like the remote feature. The unit was fully charged in 45 minutes. I used Mode IV at 3... feels great. The only thing is it doesn't last very long, maybe 15 minutes then you have to press on the unit to reactivate it. Also, the manual doesn't tell you that the remote won't launch the unit so you have to manually turn it on then only then you can use the remote... Otherwise happy with the result & the price.

The media could not be loaded. No product box one little instruction slip. No idea what these modes are for or how to use this. Why is there no product box like in others reviews? Thus came in a generic plastic zipper. Very disappointed

I was really hopeful but what I found was that if gravity worked against this in any way - if I wasn't laying flat, then it would fall off. I was hoping to be able to use this unit while I did minor tasks, but it does not work well that way.

Awesome little product, does what it was intended for… and it has a lot of power for its tiny size, also the smaller size makes it really portable. Only problem I have is that only one side of the pad you place on your body seems to be working correctly because one side you can really feel it working as it should, but the other side you can barely feel anything going on, I don’t know if it is somewhat defective or it’s made to work this way.

My wife loves this for her back. She wishes it would run longer than a 15 minute cycle.

I have another TENS unit that is wired. This one is wireless and it works well! I haven't had any issues using this. It functions like any other TENS unit without the wires. I didn't download the app but it still works.Update: I didn't realized there was a heat mode until I saw the other reviews! Someone posted a very detailed description on how this device works. Now, I have to figure out how to use the heat mode. It would be amazing if I can get it to work.
