All automatic!!! Just turn it on and it measures air quality on its own has three colors that change letting you know filthy air and clean air. Has ozone button but you cannot use while in vehicle. Turn car on run recirculate air heat on high turn ozone on let run 20 minutes... kills everything including virus and bacteria. Turn off unit then open all windows run car for one minute with settings at clean outside air.
