This really is the best. I did not know that you can actually tell the difference in something like this. I was using a cheaper brand and found these on sale somewhere. They really made a difference in my sleep. I take them at night with vitamin D. The others I was using did not help sleep.

I tried this product for the first time and it truly works! I am very sensitive to medicines and vitamins. This did not upset my stomach at all. I’ve been using for 5-6 months and I find them really useful. I hardly ever have foot and calf cramping and my tremors are hardly noticeable, I rarely have them. However, these pills are quite large and I find myself chocking a lot. That can be very scary at times. Trying to find another brand that may have smaller pills but so far I’ve had no luck. Not sure why they make these so larger.

It’s a huge pill so I cut it in half! Works great!

Qunol Magnesium Glycinate is the best brand for me. This is a tablet not a plastic capsule. I am trying to replace all plastic capsule supplements with white tablets. No stomach issues at all and I’m doing so much better now that my levels are in the normal range.

BEST SLEEP EVER!!! I was prescribed sleeping meds and still toss and turned all night and was always drowsy in the morning. I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now and I no longer toss and turn, I sleep through the night and never wake up tired or drowsy. Mood has also improved since I get a better night's sleep. 100% would recommend!!
