great tracking and reminder. I've removed and placed on several containers without losing any grip. It is a tad long for standard pill bottles so you can't place it flush with the bottom or else it will prevent the safety cap from releasing

This reusable peel-and-stick pill tracker has been really helpful for keeping track of whether I’ve taken my medication each day. It sticks securely to the bottle and has stayed in place well so far. I haven’t tried moving it to a new bottle yet, so I can’t speak to the reusability aspect, but as a daily medication reminder it works great and makes things much easier to keep organized.

Such a big help for my ADHD brain. Pill organizers are okay but filling them can be a hassle. This is so simple to take medication and slide the switch.
