I have a panamax max5300 bought in 2004. can i use it with a new oled tv?

The panamax is a power strip and works with any TV

So as far as Satellite, do you run the coax from the wall into the Panamax, then another coax from the Panamax to the satellite receiver?

That would be correct if you want the incoming signal protected. A power spike on the incoming signal should be stopped before it gets to the equipment. Cat 5/6 or phone line can be protected the same way. I love this power conditioner.

Can this be used in India with a 50HZ cycle but with a step down transformer from 220v 120volts?

Yes & No. It will work but the AVM high volt shut off point will be reduced to approximately 130VAC. So you would want to use the lowest output voltage setting on the Stepdown transformer. I would suggest the 110VAC output.
