Miele Swing H1 PowerLine SAAD1 Mini Upright Vacuum Cleaner Sprint Blue

Without doubt this is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had and Ive had many in my lifetime. It overheats constantly, it is unweildy, so very difficult to manoeuvre and doesn't actually pick up anything. It blows stuff all over the tiled kitchen floor rather than picking it up. ON the carpet, it ridges up dust, fluff hair etc but won't pick it up. I have had thtis for 5 months and I so regret spending my money on a Miele which I had hoped would be an excellent cleaner. So very disapointed with this product and I'm going to have to buy something else it is so terrible, it just doesn't work.

I received the vacuum in very good condition and I'm very delighted how it works. It may have an E rating on energy but I don't vacuum daily so I'm fine with that. Thank you also for sending extra accessories that I would not have got if I bought the product on the German Miele website.
