This CONFIRTINO Women Silky Soft Lace Sleep Cap fits tighter than I was expecting. It’s a little too snug if I wear earbuds to bed or if I have it pulled down over my ears. It doesn't hurt initially but over time of having my ears pressed down, it starts to make my ears tender. It fits well and doesn’t slide around on my head. It stays put all night and is cute enough to be worn out should you have reason to cover your head. I have very short hair and haven’t noticed friction hair loss (which I am prone to). I wear this under my CPAP without any issues. Love the soft fabric and I appreciate that it’s a double layer of fabric to hide the seams. The iron-on tag inside the cap may break down over time because I have oily hair. The lace is not itchy or scratchy but is stretchy. I would definitely order this cap again. It has not stretched out a lot and has kept its shape well. I ordered peach which looks like a blush rose pink to me.

I got this to protect my hair from CPAP straps to try and help prevent hair breakage / loss. I don’t know yet if it has helped with my thinning hair, but it is very comfortable to wear. This doesn’t cause me to overheat when wearing it, but does keep my hair from getting mussed after wearing my CPAP. I would buy this again.
