I must say I did not expect it to be this good. I baught it thinking for the money it was worth the risk. Must say it's a great little stove. Set it up and lite a fire. It has good air flow and good control. Yea it smoked for a bit as it burned off some paint and oils but no smoke from the fire was coming out any where it should not. This is a small stove for small hot tents and well it will work great for that. I did buy two extra pipe length because my tents a little taller. So ya I would recommend this stove.

Nice wood stove , been use and it work great but some bolts need tight before use. Paint black easy peal off some area. Been use fews week and heavy load on it, seem great work . But had cleaning up chime pipe s and wood stove a each week to keep breathing air out chime and tars out of way. It work cook my eggs and onions even pancake, simply slow cook. Hot water boil work by wood stove . I cannot believe it strong metal itself. Glass screen need cleaning twice in a week. To can see burn woods. More than that nothing found any complaints about. Just paint peal off some spot when it burn woods several time and bolts be sure tight before use it , watch legs of wood stove not tight bolt block a can happen tip over wood stove. . Good heat output and great design the light weight delight and ability to break it down and everything fits into the stove. Indeed it outside in Michigan snow to test it. Heat activated fan I bought separately kicked on quickly. The hooks on the stove pipe will make the stabilizing of the chimney easy to be safer. Easy to use and lights easy with the vents controlling the heat will help the level of fire and heat. The vent is hard to slide and unsecured the chimney is unsteady.

Don't trust the low reviews, this is a stove, not a campfire. Learn your airflow control and your cheminey lenght / drawFor the price, this is an absolute beast! I won't lie, 1st burn is a bit nasty but you gotta clear those chemicals. Did a 5h fire and raised the temps up to 500-600 degrees and this thing didn't even flinch or glow past the 1st pipe. Absolutely amazing especially paired with a reflector behind it. Pros: -Handles a lot of heat decently, just gotta know your airflow to not melt it. -No smoke at all coming from joints or door once proper airflow established (barely 2 mins) -everything fits easily in the stove for transport Cons: -Elbow doesn't quite fit (2mins fix with a hammer) -Strong chemical smoke coming out of surface, takes about 1h with good heat to clear but then works flawlessly and smoke-free An absolute beast for its price, 100% recommend and please learn about airflow and how to operate a camp stove before returning or leaving a bad review.
