Im size 8 women's shoe and these fit great. True to size. I got them on sale for 9.99. I think it is a good deal and great product as I suffer heel and ankle pain.4 stars because I wish the gel was also in the middle area of the heel, or at least some padding there. But they do help a lot with thr heel pain. Theyre fairly comfortable and I think theyre cute.I am happy woth the purchase for sure.

I developed plantar fasciitis after an injury to my foot affected the way I walk. I tried these in a desperate attempt to ease the pain, not really expecting much. To my surprise, they have been very effective. They don’t take all of the pain away but do offer support and cushioning and definitely lessen my pain. They fit well even though I have a high arch and seem to be well made. I definitely recommend them if you are suffering from heel pain.

No problem with the product but just wasn’t for me. The cups kept sliding up my heel no matter how much I adjusted the strap plus it actually worsened the pain. I will donate them as they may help someone else. Product came overnight and is of a good quality just like I said, not for me.

I have plantar fasciitis and walk 4–5 miles a day, which causes a lot of discomfort and pain. I bought these hoping they would help, and I'm glad I did. They don't completely eliminate the pain, but they provide noticeable relief and are definitely worth the money. Best of all, they let me keep up with my daily walks without having to sacrifice my exercise routine.

This was a lifesaver! Got rid of the heel pain in a couple days of wearing it. Fit great and excellent value to solve a very painful heal spur. A heel cup was Helpfulwith shoes on but terrible pain without the shoes and this solved the problem. Wore it with shoes and without and the pain was gone in a couple days.
