I purchase breast pump @ September 22, 2024. Initial 2 months product was amazing & good working condition. November 20,2024 onwards not working, completely dead, charging indicator still available. Around 5 press switch available but meanwhile not working.

1 pump broke after 3 weeks. Momcozy does not accept warranty if bought from Amazon, also Amazon seller is not contactable

Tried it out for the first time today and am so pleased. It does what it says, suctions on well and I can leave it to pump while I have my hands free. Moving left and right slightly is fine, no milk leak or spill (remember to check that the seal is on properly), just don't lie down horizontally or bend forward too much as it's not meant to be a closed system. I love the spout that allows milk to be poured out. I added photos of how I intend to carry it out. Filled it with my nursing cover, a wipe cloth and nursing pads. The motor is quite heavy so once done, I place it in these recycled plastic containers to stand it up (to prevent toppling over) while I pour milk out from the other side. Perfect size to fit and allows me to close the carry case. It takes a while to dry, so I may carry wipes in order to dry it in between pumps outside. Lots of features that can be read up online from other reviewers. Overall as a FTM and this being my first wearable I'm very pleased with it. It'll allow me to pump in my office more discreetly when I return to work, when I travel on the plane or in the car. It's not going to replace my main Spectra pump, but I'm happy not to carry a bulky pump bag out anymore. Great technology upgrades for a great price. (Previous review on 16 Nov 2023, updated on 27 Jan 2024:) I have been using occasionally when on the go (e.g. Pump in car). Noticed that the suction is a bit finicky sometimes, not sure if it's a motor issue? Some times one side has a stronger pull than the other, but not always. The suction is gentle which makes it comfortable, just be aware that the output will not be as much as a hospital grade pump, I've noticed it doesn't empty my breasts out. Other than these, I'm still thankful to have this option as a wearable. May consider other wearables though if I have another kid because hoping to keep my supply up and if I use these more often it may not allow me to do that.

Bought the best reviewed wearable by Momcozy because of the supposed natural shape design of the cups. Compared to my other generic pumps these are absolutely awful. They cause significant nipple pain, are hard to clean, and don't result in letdown. The weight and location of the motor causes bad pressure on the breast and this is a major flaw. Waste of over $300.

These are great wearable pumps, making it really easy to pump and breastfeed simultaneously. The suction seems sufficient without going to the strongest setting, and the suction itself is much smoother than the S12. Charging is easy and lasts several pumping sessions. BUT - when the main component stops working after less than 6 months of light use, you will be forced to either fork out another $200 or buy a different brand, as there is absolutely NO WARRANTY OFFERED. This is against consumer law in Australia, so I’ll be looking into it; but an absolute pain in the butt either way.

Less than 7 months using it and not working. It charges but doesn’t turn on, the seller doesn’t reply and Amazon is useless. Although it has 1 year warranty you can’t do anything! Just don’t buy here! There are better places out there. This is something you need when you buy it, now my wife has to buy another one asap because she could have mastitis!!!
