Worked great on my 10-speed Schwinn
This chain worked perfectly on my road bike. I originally bought it because I had changed my cassette to have better climbing gears and needed a longer chain, plus it's just a good idea to replace the chain when you replace a cassette or chainrings anyway. Shifting is flawless and even after thousands of miles it's still going strong.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit, thankfully. Because they only gave me two extra links and only one pin. If I made one mistake then it could have been really bad. Really good quality chain otherwise. I'm glad I followed instructions. Thanks to the seller for getting my order right.

Works Best On Shimano Drive Trains
Seems to work best with Shimano drivetrains. Just be aware that Shimano pins are not replaceable so you should order a few Shimano hollow pens to be pressed in with this. I wouldn't advise a master link

Good mid-range chain
These days, finding any bike parts can be a challenge. I normally just take my bike to the shop and let them do it. The chain costs a little more, but they only charge $10 to install it. I called them, and they said I would have to bring in a replacement chain since they are so hard to find. I was lucky to find this one on Amazon, as it is the exact chain that came with the bike when it was new. My first one lasted 3,500 miles, but the second one only made it 2,800. I put 3.500 to 4,000 miles per year on this bike. I clean the drive train, including the chain, every 500 miles. 80% of the miles are on pavement, and I rarely ride in the rain. It is stored indoors when not in use. I take care of my bike and don't abuse it. I could probably pay much more and get more life out of a higher end chain, but replacing every 9-11 months is OK with me. My bike has around 6,500 miles on it with no obvious wear on the chainrings, jockey wheels or cassette gears. That is the sign of a good quality, well maintained chain.

Heavily abused chain that held up well!
I bought this to replace the broken chain on my commuter bike. It's a Surly Cross check with 105 11/32 rear and Tiagra compact crank and Tiagra derailleurs. Living in the Pacific Northwest I ride all winter in the rain and typically put a lot of abuse on chains. This one is holding up quite nicely with bi-weekly lubrication of Finish Line wet lube. Shifting is crisp and smooth, both up and down the gears. My last chain lasted almost a year, with daily use in heavy rains and dirty roads, very good results considering the abuse I threw at it!

Cheap and durable,
I have five bikes in my family using 10-speed chains. Two are e-bikes. I have tested several models of chains from Shimano and KMC, both e-bike specific chains and standard chains. After maybe 50 000 kilometres and 20 chains I feel that this chain might be the best compromise between price and durability. These chains are long-lasting, shifting works well and they are cheap. I use KMCs re-usable chain links. Shimanos own chain pin must be riveted very precisely and it is simply easier to use a chain link. I have never broken a 10-speed chain or a 10-speed chain link. Seem to be reliable.
