**Q: I have followed the instructions but after washing it comes off. Why would it do that?**
A: Are you sure it is IRON ON Vinyl?  Adhesive vinyl looks very much like it, and it will also stick to any surface, but you can't wash it, it will come off.  If it has a shiny surface, and peels off the backing onto th e shiny surface.... it is IRON ON.  If it sticks to its backing.... it is adhesive and is transfered with the transfer tape.  If that isn't the answer, perhaps you didn't use enough heat and pressure to firmly adhere it to the fabric.  Hope this can help you.

**Q: My transfers peeled right off after pressing, why?**
A: Hi, Nakita
This might be because of lack of heat. If you use an iron, move the iron constantly in small circles and
covering all the areas, especially the edges. Apply firm and constant
pressure to the iron for 3 minutes. If you use a heat press, apply the press for 12 seconds at 365℉ and high pressure.

**Q: How do you tell which side is the print side?**
A: Have not tried it yet

**Q: Can this go on white T-shirt’s ?**
A: Yes, it can go on any color shirt, image will print like a photo.

Bought this item twice. 1st time it was perfect. 2nd time I had to double check myself to make sure I ordered the same thing. It was a mission to detach the vinyl from the paper. Also the first one came with blue line helps out a lot because you don't have to spend 3min just trying to figure out is it face up or face down on the 2nd order came with no blue line
