A: This is not working at all we smell nothing

**Q: Followed directions, but i dont smell anything.  what am i doing wrong?**
A: When the device is set up properly, the green light will flash every 10/15 seconds. The delivery of fragrance in the air will be continuous, consistent and accurate for the entire duration of the cartridge life.
