I love that this comes in a glass jar and made in the States. I'm so glad to have a product that is an affordable HRT alternative that works for me.

It helps with sleep. Since I started using the cream I have stopped taking sleeping pills. I still wake up once a night to use tye bathroom but Im able to go right back to sleep. I haven't noticed anything else that has improved but with helping me with my sleep is more than enough.

Wonderful concentrated cream. I only need to use a very small amount. Nice smell and feels luxurious.

I used this for 4-5 months and got pregnant after years of trying. Also paired with castor oil. But 10 out of 10 recommend.

Works okay for hot flashes but dosing is harder than just Pea size amounts twice a day, as sometimes it causes hot spots and sometimes chills. Not sure exactly how I feel about this product. Feels like it could be a placebo effect more than an actual help for perimenopause and menopause. Been using it for about a month and have not seen miracle relief. This is not something that works the same day and has to build up in your system. Doesn't have a good or bad smell. Easy to apply, a little greasy, but skin does absorb it. Feels a little like vaseline.

I started using this under my PC physician's care. I was weaned off hormone replacement medications for months before starting this experiment cream, with another family member with same issues, that was also under her PC physician's care during her process/experiment with Genesis wild yam cream. It is a proven fact that this product does NOT help with hormone imbalance or function in any way. We did blood work while on hormone replacement prescriptions before we weaned off the meds, as well as during the beginning stages of taking this wild yam cream, up on till our results came back September 20, 2024. We started with this brand of Genesis wild yam cream in May 2024 using the cream as directed daily and continued for 5 months. This product does NOT help with hot flashes, night sweats, or any other hormonal issue you may have pre or post Menopausal. This company is telling lies upon lies. We had our lab work done at three different lab companies in Texas and two different lab companies out of state. All came back the same. Hormones were extremely low, way out of balance, and it did nothing for menstrual cramps or hormonal issues. Product does NOT have the active ingredients it claims to have. I will say if you're looking for a VERY EXPENSIVE and decent moisturizer that makes you smell like sweet potato pie and stains your clothes, by all means, have at it. You'd be better off purchasing a 32oz plastic jug of organic coconut oil and putting in your favorite essential oils for that. You'd definitely be saving money and getting the same results. Seriously, DON'T fall for their LIES and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. This product is not worth the $2 jar they putt their scented coconut oil in. Yes, the experiment was expensive for us, but we really wanted to believe that something organically grown could really work. Someone out there might actually have the correct product for these issues, but listen when I tell you, this company does NOT have the item we all seek. Wasted time, money,and hope onsimeone trying to get rich off people. Makes me sick! If you want to see for yourselves, get your blood work taken, the facts are all there. I'd give zero stars if it was allowed. I'm hoping Amazon pulls this product and all others from companies and sellers, like Genesis, that are FALSE ADVERTISING and putting out a product that does NOT do what they claim.

45 yrs old and in perimenopause. Obvious that I need progesterone and I’m trying to stay off prescriptions. This cream helped me get my cycle back to a 28day cycle! I’m sure it will shift again bc such is life but the cream is great!
