I love this product. I’ve been a machinist for 23 years and only now have I found this item. It’s great for deburring parts and making finished chamfers. You can’t turn the piece with power if it’s in your chuck, but turning it by hand while in the machine leaves a nice chamfer. I showed it to my boss and he bought one for the company as well! 👍👍

Decent enough tool in build quality. Nothing new in its usage. Use to round edges or complete chamfers for a finished look. High reving to get the job done.

Outil de qualité, c'est vraiment mini environ 4 pouces 1/2 dans la main le moteur est très rapide. Par contre l'ajustement des hauteurs n'est pas super précis il aurait dû être avec des clics pour rendre ça plus précis.

This is cute little device with marginal documentation and works but does not do as heavy a cut as claimed. I tested it on some aluminum, mild steel and Delrin plastic... At 0.5mm it did a good job on the aluminum, and was somewhat OK on the steel. At 1.0mm it was barely functional on steel but basically not usable as it kept stalling out and gave a very ugly, rough cut. On the Aluminum it was a little better but still left a pretty rough finish. On the Delrin plastic it did very nicely. I did not try deeper cuts as I don't think I'd have gotten acceptable results. The surface finish of the chamfers was OK, not great, but probably would be acceptable for most applications. More usefully there were no obvious burrs on the corners, and it did a good job of removing burrs from prior operations. The documentation was a mixed bag at best... There was NO operating manual of any sort, just a single one-sided page with a well done parts diagram and list. The 'standard' parts like bearings and screws had both part numbers and descriptions that would allow easy replacing. EXCEPT for the two items most likely to need replacing - the inserts and the insert retaining screws... By going through the description pages for this item and the other variations on it, I was able to make a basic spec list, including possibly a partial description of the inserts.... Bottom line, I would not recommend this for making high visibility chamfers but it is acceptable and useful as a deburring tool at shallow depths of cut.
