Great quality laptop to replace an aging one that could not run windows 11. Battery life is good, but only time will tell how long that will last. Screen resolution and brightness are great. Touch screen functionality will not really be used, but hey, it works if necessary. This is on the lighter side, so portability is good.

I love this laptop! The storage is amazing, 1TB gives me plenty of space for all my school files, work apps, and everything in between. It runs smooth and fast, and I’m able to have multiple apps open without any issues. The only thing I noticed is that the fan can get a little loud sometimes, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The only real downside is the battery life, it doesn’t last long, so I keep the charger nearby. But overall, it’s a solid laptop. Super happy with my purchase!

This has been a great laptop for the money that I spent. It wasn't more than $400 on sale at the time and has great storage although I am a little disappointed with the number of ports it has available. That does seem to hinder me sometimes as I'm constantly switching out things. So that is something to remember for my next laptop or desktop that I plan on getting soon. I've had this laptop for over a year and I'm still finding things out about it that are brand new to me and it's not just the software I'm amazed by the speed by how it is so powerful and so affordable. Although I don't like the bloatware that comes pre-installed I understand that is not the suppliers fault. I also don't like the fact that you are made to set up with a Microsoft account. That kind of feels forceful and I'm all about bucking the system. There are ways to go about and around about way to avoid this if you check online. I use it for everything from side gigs, to fighting the man, to protest work to design work to everything in between. It holds up great. I don't know about the graphics for gaming because I don't use it for that. It's a great functional computer for schooling and would get me easily through another 7 years of college. The battery life does seem to drain a little bit quicker than I expect especially when it gets down to about 20% it seems to drain exponentially quicker at that point. Also it seems a little worrisome that the battery pack box charger thing gets overheated almost quickly. But it does charge fairly quickly as well. And it's easy to find a replacement charger (or 3), in case you have a family member who likes to chew cords.

I have had zero battery issues, I have received it a couple of hours ago, which were spent removing bloatware, unwanted apps, and uploading my stuff. Battery issues still half full. The keyboard texture is uncomfortable to me ( feel grainy). The “on” button is randomly placed. My last HP was silver with a silver and extra smooth keyboard, and the keys were slippery and hard to see. Looks like they over corrected the issues (my first HP was great). The biggest issue is the trackpad. It is sluggish, sometimes unresponsive, and the cursor disappears. My wrist and forearms are aching from the effort of setting up this laptop. Get yourself a mouse.

We have not had any issues or problems with this purchase. It has a nice screen, not heavy and the size is perfect

Bought this laptop for school and it was absolutely perfect, for a few weeks until it crashed and gave an error code. I tried to request a refund but it was 1 day past the 30 day window. I tried to file an asurian claim but was told since it was so new I had to deal with the manufacturers warranty. HP had to send a package to me to send it back so it took a few weeks before I finally got contacted by them. They informed me the laptop had been filled with cheap aftermarket parts voiding their warranty and recommended not buying off Amazon because of sketchy sellers like Chromebook Prosale. Had to wait for the computer to return and then contacted Amazon and explained the situation and they told me I had to go direct with the seller. They demanded I try a bunch of basic trouble shooting techniques despite HP already diagnosing it. Finally they agreed to a refund and issued a return tag to ship it. It arrived to them in 3 days but they refused to process a return for another 10 days claiming it was Amazon's policy and they have nothing to do with it. If you buy from them you are rolling the dice, because if it breaks I can assure you they will fight you every step of the way to get it returned or fixed.

Extremely Pleased with this HP Laptop. Was easy to set up and works great. I also purchased a Mini printer, Mouse and Keyboard on Amazon and they all work just fine with this laptop. This has been a nice investment when I travel.

Value for money ….

This is a great laptop with Ryzen 3 7335U and its specs for the price. It comes with windows 11 pro in it activated. The RAM is samsung 16GB DDR5 5600Mhz and SSD is 512GB samsung ssd. The only downside is it doesnot have MSOffice coming with it and when activated it only comes with 9 months warranty. If you guys prefer better performance over this buy the one with Ryzen 5 7535U, it has 6 cores and amd radeon 660M with 6 CU but it comes with 8GB Ram only.

Such a waste of time. HP laptop with manufacturing defect delivered by Amazon on Dec 15. Now they are making me run from pillar to post. So disappointed. And frustrated. Amazon CC not helpful at all.

Received laptop After installing updates started the laptop. Noise is on higher side. Fragile base with noise coming while lifting HP laptop thought will have good build quality. Will observe for some more time.

Loos packing received and product packing already opened it's used product. Laptop not working properly. Laptop screen blinking again and again after sometime And mic also not working
