READ A BAD REVIEW? Read this now before making a decision.
I find it so funny when people do not read the manual, do everything wrong, and leave a bad review because THEY DON'T KNOW how to properly operate the device. This is BY FAR, the best floor cleaning product I have tried. I have tried vacuum robots, corded and cordless vacuums, Swiffers, all sorts of mops and this is the most satisfying product of them all. No need to sweep before cleaning. It sweeps and mops at the same time. Cleaning is SUPER SIMPLE. Just follow the directions! The only cons are the following: • Does not pick up hair very well. Everything else picks up without a problem. • Sweeping motion is slow. Just the nature of sanitizing with steam. This not ideal for a quick sweep. • Not for picking up existing water. Even thou, it will perfectly pickup and clean a small spill, the water reservoir is pretty small, since cleaning with steam does not generate a lot of liquid. Conclusion: This product is the best at deep cleaning your floors effortlessly, however, it DOES NOT replace your mop and vacuum. I will still need those for quick spills or spot sweeps. That being said, it is BY FAR the best floor cleaning device I own.

Simple and to the point
This is my first vac/mop combo. I have used a steam mop for years and I am sold on the power of steam. However the pads always seem to stir up a bunch of stuff that needs vacuuming. I saw the shark 3 in 1 steam pickup on the Just a Dad channel and was impressed with the effectiveness and simplicity, not to mention the low price point. My experience it's lightweight builds up steam quickly, very effective at removing stuck on stains and picking up debris. Certainly has a limit to how much it can pick up with the relatively small collection tray, but it has made me reevaluate how important suction is vs head construction on a vacuum. This thing does not use suction but I would be hard pressed to say it doesn't pick up everything a normal vacuum would plus mopping the floor. The cons, since it doesn't suction it leaves the floor pretty wet especially if you have to work over a spot for a bit. It will pick up spills milk, water etc. but it is not going to dry out the floor a whole lot. Just leaves it clean and wet. If you want steam you are going to have a cord and I think this is an excellent choice. It certainly is nice not having to buy a bunch of proprietary solutions, just water. If you give up steam something cordless may be a little more convenient, although cleaning this thing is super quick and easy, the dirty stuff is all confined to three easy to access and sink wash components. And the cord is long and really only adds the time to plug in and wrap up. Last thought if you have a flooring type that is sensitive to heat or water ie. Some types of lvp, linoleum, or hard wood anything not sealed, you may want to be careful with this it is both hot and wet. Maybe something that vacuums and stays cold will keep your floor dryer and prevent warping or loosening glue.

Not At All as Marketed
VERY disappointed as I was hoping for an alternative to moping my tile floors. Works decently on quick spills, the steam is a good disinfectant, but it does NOT deep clean (tile floors at least) and the steam action requires you to move slower so in most cases moping is faster (even including drying time). The water reservoir is also very small, so if using to “mop” your entire house it will take a few refills. Also DOES NOT clean grout well at all even when moving very slowly and allowing the steam action to work. Lastly, no cleaning products can be added, water only, so if you like a certain smell after cleaning you will not be able to add anything to the water when using this thing. Overall disappointed like I said, only decent use I’ve found is a quick disinfecting after meat spills and other kitchen mishaps. Won’t return due to Amazons new policies (I would have to take a % hit since the product was opened)

Lightweight, easy cleanup, quick steam!
Love that it steams and picks up what the vacuum missed. It heats up quickly, and is just so easy to maneuver and lightweight. I spray ahead of myself with my YL Thieves cleaner, to make everything come up quicker (can you say dog slobber and prints?) The head is narrower than many which I didn’t think I’d like, but makes it nice for getting under chairs, etc. Super easy to clean up after use. I want another for my vacation rental, because it doesn’t leave streaks behind and makes me think the floor is more sanitary.

Know what you need before you buy!
First off I LOVE this steam scrubber. And that's what it is, a steam scrubber, NOT a vacuum mop. This is an amazing upgraded version of the steam mops with the pads. Cons- Let's start with what it does NOT do. If you are looking for something to lay down water, scrub your floor and then suck it all back up, this is not what you want. This is also NOT a vacuum. If you want a one stop do it all floor cleaner this is not for you. Also, if you are looking for a tool to remove years of built up dirt in your grout lines, this is not for you. This is more of a maintenance, keeping it clean, machine. Pros- What does it do? It lays down a LOT of steam while simultaneously scrubbing with a combination soft rag/stuff bristle roller. It DOES have suction and will pick up the extra water and debris , however, the dirty water and debris tanks are TINY. Once they are full, which is about 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank, the water will just stay on your floor. I assume this is because shark expects most of the water to evaporate on your floor, but if you spend a lot of time going over the same area, that will not happen. So you have two options, you can stop cleaning 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank and empty the dirty tanks and it will continue to pick up the water, OR you can just clean your floor and then go back over it with a dry towel to pick up the extra water, which is what I do. Conclusion - So why do I love it? I have a shark robot vac that vacuums my house daily so I do not need a mop that also vacuums. The corded feature allows me to clean my whole downstairs in one go. The amount of water in the clean tank lasts me through two small rooms or one big room. The scrubber/steam combo removes even the worst dried on, stuck on food and gummy goo from my tile floors. We are barefoot in my house, and my floors are left feeling so squeaky clean under our feet. It can not be used with a cleaning solution which I love because the floors are sanitized with no chemical residue left on them. I gave 4 stars because the only thing it needs improved is the size of the dirty water tanks. Everything else is perfect in my eyes. So If you are looking for a daily to weekly maintenance machine to remove stuck on dried up food from your floors and sanitize them this is definitely the machine for you!

Buy it! Don’t think twice!
I was skeptical of this because I’ve had previous wet mops that didn’t do that good of a job. But I am pleasantly surprised with this one! Great for everyday use, because it is so easy. Just fill the tank with water and that’s it. I do wash the parts each time I use but it’s literally just a rinse with water and they’re clean! The brush is easy to clean but I recommend buying a few to change throughout. If you have super dirty floors or if there’s a lot of hair, I would recommend vacuuming first just cause the brush is 50/50 with picking up hair. But other than that if you do an everyday maintenance clean like I do, it’s very efficient. I wish I knew about this sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time and chemicals! I have a dog and making sure the chemicals are pet friendly is very important, but…… this steams and kills 99% of everything so my closet is going a chemical purge! The only downside is the cable. I wish this was cordless. But hey, you can’t have it all.

Good product overall but...
The Shark 3-in-1 is adequate but not as life changing as I expected from Shark. My kitchen floors are 1970's subway tile and I gave up on the grout years ago but the tile is still in great shape. I bought this as a recommendation from a friend. She raved about how wonderful it was and how clean her floors were. I'm guessing her floors were probably a lot cleaner than mine because I noticed a lack in pick up specifically. I felt I should have vacuumed or swept first because it left a lot of little crumbs and debris in several places. I had to go back over a few times to get it picked up. I'm not talking big chunks of dog kibble but a random dried basil leaf and a stray ramen noodle. The steam quality is fantastic! Dried spots from spilled coffee and other unidentifiable stains came up great. One container of water cleaned my entire kitchen floor. Overall it is easy to assemble, everything snaps into place. Very lightweight and simple instructions for operating. I do like this product but honestly was disappointed in the strength of the vacuum. I will run my cordless across the floors first next time. It's double work but I really love the feel of freshly steamed tile.

Life Changing
Yesterday, I cleaned all the floors in my 4,600-square-foot house, and for the first time ever, I felt like there was absolutely nothing left on them. No dust, no dirt, no dog hair—just truly clean floors. One of the best things about the Shark 3-in-1 Steam Mop Vac is that it cuts my cleaning time in half. Before, I had to vacuum first, then mop with a bucket of water—constantly changing out dirty water after every room just to avoid spreading grime. This machine eliminates that whole process. It vacuums and mops at the same time with steam, so I’m not just pushing around dirty water—I’m actually sanitizing. Another big plus: all you need is water. It produces a lot of steam and effortlessly cuts through dirt, dust, and pet hair. The vacuum works well, and there’s no need for chemicals. That said, you do have to clean it after every use, which includes emptying the water and dirt reservoirs and cleaning the mop roller. But I don’t mind—some pricier models claim to be self-cleaning, but based on reviews, people still end up taking them apart manually to prevent odors. I’d rather just do a quick rinse myself. One limitation: it’s not designed to handle large amounts of liquid. I dropped a cup of coffee yesterday and tried mopping it up, but the liquid reservoir is pretty small. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me—I see this as a sanitizing and dirt-removal machine, not a spill soaker. If you wipe up most of a mess first, the steam mop finishes the job perfectly. I also want to mention something that’s always frustrated me—vacuuming first, then mopping, only to see leftover dirt get smeared around. No matter how well I vacuumed, I never felt like my floors were truly clean. But with this machine, they finally are. After using it yesterday, I immediately called my mom and multiple friends and told them they need this in their homes. It’s that good. I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE!

Faulty after 2 uses
Worked fine for 2 cleans of the floor of my small 1 bed apartment. On the 3rd use the steam stopped being produced and cold water just dribbles from the machine. Returning it.
