GRAVELKING Slick Tubeless Ready Folding Gravel Tire - Classic, Plus, Race

After a few hundred miles, I am liking this tire’s performance. I was pleasantly surprised by how much traction I got from the very fine file tread. I’m sure that it won’t last very long, but it is great to have a set of fast rolling, pretty light (375g; 700x35 TLR), sticky “slicks” as an alternative to my treaded gravel tires. Absolutely NO leaks, even right after the initial installation. I was able to put them on with my hands - no tools. I did rub a bit of soapy water on the beads, first. You ALWAYS have to push the bead into the center/lowest part of the rim before you try to complete pushing the tire over the last bit of rim. I also wear a pair of thin deerskin work gloves to allow using maximum force without hurting my hands. Stop blaming the tire manufacturers for poor user technique 🙏🏻

I love these tires so much, I'm now running 35mm Gravel King Slicks on two different bikes, six different wheels. And the knobby version on another wheelset. I run them tubeless at 50 PSI and get the comfort of lower tire pressure while still experiencing relatively low rolling resistance. And if I do happen to get a puncture so large that sealant can't entirely seal it, I can simply insert an external plug, top up the sealant, inflate, and go! With tens of thousands of miles on these tires, I have never had to actually dismount one of them on the side of the road to stick in a tube.

Very satisfied so far with the tires. Installed relatively easily on tubeless carbon rims, but relatively difficult to get them seated with a compressor. I had to use sealant to get them to pop in place. That's not my usual sequence. They roll well on tarmac and for the few times I've been on gravel/dirt/shallow sand they track well. I'm still figuring out the right PSI on my 19mm inner width wheels. Right now ~45, which from tables is low for my weight (160), yet feel very firm to the touch. I may go lower. A good buy at $40, depending on durability and mileage.

If you want something that looks good and transform the way your bike performs this is your tire, Is heavy but it feels good, yes there's a bit of hmmmm that you heard while riding but I still recommend it, If you want something more street rated and more light the rene herse are the ones you're looking for, I discovered those Iafter I brought this ones but I still like this ones. This are strong tires not those pretty softie ones, so be ready to have some fun installing it, get some quality tick tire levels.

Comfortable versatile tire, I use it on road and mild gravel. At 50 psi it provides a comfortable ride and predictable performance. My only issues were that it was difficult to mount the tires on Giant CADEX carbon rims - very tight fit but a little soapy water helped get the job done. I’m pretty certain the tire sizing is just fine and the rims were slightly oversized. No problem mounting them on an older set of aluminum OEM Giant wheels.

Nice tires BUT... DO NOT order these tires if using on a non-tubeless wheel set! As "tubeless ready" tires they have a VERY tight bead and are much more difficult to mount than traditional tube type tires. I am no stranger to changing bicycle tires and I found these nearly as difficult to mount as tires for my motorcycle. My mistake, sure won't happen again. If I should happen to get a flat while riding I will need to be quite some distance from my truck before I choose to attempt fixing it on the trail.

Absolutly rediculous to install. Hardest tire ever, If I get flat I will cut it and throw into the garbage.

Bought as an alternative to the Pirelli PZero TLR and so far no complaints. It’s a much better value. I’ve heard it doesn’t last as long as the Pirelli but I’m sure for the price saved, it can’t be that bad. Can’t remember the TPI but it has a comfortable ride and if I went tubeless, it’d probably be even better.

Scelta ideale per il gravel veloce o per la stagione estiva. Rispetto al predecessore è stata migliorata la costruzione e anche la protezione dalle forature. Facilità di montaggio esagerata e nessuna perdita di pressione. Credo sia il 40mm più leggero in circolazione!

I had these on my road bike. Slightly heavier than other competitive brands but have excellent rolling and road feel qualities. Excellent grip on wet roads and Great puncture resistance and look amazing. Well recommended

Good tire. I use it on my commute road bike — no grip or puncture problems. Can't tell anything about disability though, need more time

Montage facile. Claquage des pneus très facile aussi. Pneus de grande qualité. Pour ceux qui trouvent le produit mauvais, peut-être revoir votre façon de monter un pneu tubless 😉

Terrible puncture resistance. I bought 2 of these tyres and both have had punctures within the first 50 miles of riding.
