I received my kit and filled the vials as instructed but only completed a small portion of the form, providing only the information that would normally be provided to a lab and to send me my testing information (age, address, etc.).I became concerned when the paperwork in the kit failed to have any statement regarding the confidentiality of the testing information, disclosure or other uses (as I have seen with other companies that do DNA or other testing). The statement on the Amazon listing only said that the testing facility retains the information for a short time (but does not say if that is a month, a year or 5 years) and then it is cleared from the system. Given the lack of any privacy notice I added a note to my form stating specifically that I did not authorize the disclosure of my testing results information to any third party, the use of my testing results for any purpose, and that the results were to be provided only to me.I received a response from ZRT which informed me that "If we cannot release results to Health Confirm then testing must be cancelled and you will need to purchase a new kit directly from ZRT and recollect sample." ZRT claimed I had purchased the kit directly from Health Confirm even though that entity name did not appear anywhere on the Amazon listing. Even more disturbing, there was no indication given as to what "Health Confirm" would do once they were given my information, confidential medical details and testing results. In addition, because I had no contact with "Health Confirm" or any information about the type of company they were, I would have no control or knowledge of what they did with my medical information and arguably, they would be able to freely sell, disclose or provide the information to anyone.I protested the release of the information given that the testing kit did not include any notification that the unrestricted disclosure and use of my confidential medical information was a requirement for testing. ZRT's response was "We have contacted Health Confirm and they have agreed to have results be released only to you." They never responded to my request for the documentation showing that I consented to the release of my confidential medical information to "Health Confirm" nor did they provide any information about their privacy policy regarding the use of the confidential medical information.I notified Amazon of the questionable practices surrounding this testing and got a refund. I did not get any testing results and cannot comment on the usefulness of those results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thankful for ZRT Labs. *by V***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2016* Most doctors don't seem to know or be interested in extensive exploration into a person's health improvements. I am an 80 yr. old woman and have stayed away from pharmaceuticals and used the most natural ways to health. I knew something was wrong. This Adrenal Stress Profile kit was the perfect answer. My adrenals are not in good shape...I had absolutely no DHEA being made. I've had lots of grief and sadness for several years; it was just life playing out its calling...meanwhile I had to take care of the situations. For a few years my thyroid was low. My doctor is an endocrinologist, never mentioned how the Adrenals can be affected and maybe will not produce DHEA which can also affect the thyroid...they only offer to increase the thyroid meds. I also ended up finding out that I have extremely low DHEA (the level of an 80 yr old woman) and I am only 52!
