The defected product packaging
The package was so badly damaged , very disappointed, this is my pets medicine , I can't take any chances of it being faulty ... Even after complaining to amazon they kept me on hold for 32 mins on call , and nothing was done , I send them the pictures and all but they just made me wait ... Very disappointed with the customer service of amazon too
