Lodge Dolly Parton Jolene Cast Iron Skillet, 8 Inches

I needed a smaller cast-iron skillet so I thought I’d try this one and to my surprise it is the best little cast-iron skillet in the whole wide world. It comes preseason and I used it right out of the box for homemade buttermilk biscuits which did not stick at all to the bottom and cooked evenly and is up to par with anything larger in my house. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful. Decorative but also functional. Can cook with it or wap someone over the head with it. Heavy duty. Granddaughters name is Jolene and she loves Dolly. This was a Christmas gift and she adores it!

This pan is not only cute, but it is high quality. As to be expected with any Lodge cast iron skillets it is heavy, but the smaller size makes it manageable. Besides, who doesn’t love Dolly!

This Lodge cast iron skillet is beautifully made and has the solid, durable quality you’d expect from the brand. The pre-seasoning worked well right out of the box, and it heats evenly for cooking. I do love the stamped Dolly Parton design—it’s a nice touch and makes it feel a little special. That said, the 8-inch size was smaller than I expected, so it’s best suited for single servings or smaller meals. Overall, it’s a great skillet with excellent performance, just be sure to check the size before purchasing.

This is special. I bought it as a gift and my cousin loved it, I loved it. I will probably buy one for myself eventually. I recommend and would definitely buy again. I love Dolly and these pans are so special. In fact if I had room I would get her whole set. Also the 8 inch pan is small but really a great size, especially for things like corn type breads.
