I bought this all-purpose folding anti-tear exercise mat to use under my kids’ gymnastics bar, and it’s been great for that purpose. The mat is thick and very well-padded — exactly what I wanted to add extra safety and cushioning when the kids practice, climb, or occasionally lose balance. The material feels strong and durable, and even with daily use it still looks like new. The surface isn’t non-slip, but the padding and overall sturdiness still make it feel secure and comfortable. It also folds up easily, which is super convenient when we need to move it or put it away. Overall, a thick, sturdy, high-quality mat that works perfectly for kids’ gymnastics or general home workouts!

I’ve had this for a year so far and it’s great. Thick enough so you won’t feel uncomfortable in your workout and it holds up really well. Carrying it around is easy but of course it is big so just keep that mind. I workout on it fairly often, using it to stretch, Pilates and etc!

Perfect! It was for a gift. It was perfect out of the box for the gift! Great color! I’m not sure how it has held up bc it was a gift but I’m pretty sure it’s still going strong.

This mat is plenty big and easy to store. Thick enough for this 70 year old to lay on and not hurt. Easy on the knees without being to thin and feeling the hard floor underneath. Firm enough to stand on and still feel balanced. I'm very happy with this. My husband tried it and he really liked it. I chose pink so no worries on him using mine, he'll have to buy his own in the other colors.

I absolutely love this mat. I do a lot ab exercises that involve me being on my back and on my hands and it’s great having a mat that cushions both these body parts. I love that it’s easily foldable and can be carried anywhere I go. I recommend this mat!

I saw a similar product advertised at a much higher cost. Searched for a firm, less costly version and found the CAP Barbell brand and love it. I put it on the bed to do my hip exercise and it remains firm. Would purchase again.

I love that the mat folds up and has handles. That makes it so easy to store away when not using. I bought it to go under the gymnastics bar that I bought for my granddaughter. The only thing that I would change is the width. I'd like it to be wider. Overall it is a nice mat.
