My grandsons grew up with it. I bought it on their first birthday. They are now 4 years old. Up to this day they still play with it!

He especially loves putting little treats on one of the cars and grabbing them when the train comes back around. The fact that you can take the train off the track and let it run around the house adds extra fun. Assembly was simple, but the tracks are a bit stubborn to pull apart — you have to pull them straight, and bending them can break the tabs. The train itself is small, and while the music adds charm, it can get repetitive for adults. My grandson’s interest comes in bursts — he plays for a few minutes, then moves on, but always asks me to set it up again when he visits.

We bought this for our grandson for Christmas. We put a train on our Christmas Village this year and all he has said since was Choo Choo, so he had to have his own train! Christmas morning, they gave him our gift first. After that, every gift he got, he tossed it aside because he was playing with his Choo Choo. It also plays music when it’s running and if he’s in the other room when the music stops, he comes running back in the living room to turn it back on! He’s 2, so we are glad this train will grow with him! Great put!

I ought this for my two year old grandson. He loves it!! And my other two grandkids ages 3 and 7 love it too!! A major hit with all of them. It runs nicely on the track. And it also runs nicely on the floor. We haven’t tried the steam part yet. The magnets work great holding the train together. Just a really great gift!!

Loved the size of the cars and track pieces, but wish the overall track size was bigger. Granddaughter loved this train set and it was easy to set up and use. The colors were great!

Bought this for a 1 years old birthday. Super easy to assemble and is so cute and interactive. Highly recommend for any age (plus you can use it not on the track)
