My 4 year old is obsessed with nature and all the creatures that are in it .. this Ant habitat is so cool I’ve never seen him sit for an hour+ in pure awe of something.. It’s cool for the price too .We used the discount code we got with the farm to order the Ants. They did take a very long time to come and most of them were dead but I give them grace because of the weather. (there is a certain temperature that you are supposed to order the Ants if it is below or above the temperature you risk the life of the Ants) We also ordered seeds. Unfortunately they did not offer Queen ants. Queen ants live longer and lay more eggs for endless ants .. we did some research and Harvester Ants, which is the ants they sent us typically only live for a few months so don’t expect for years of life. Overall my little explorer is extremely satisfied. We will soon order the butterfly habitat! 👏🏽

We bought this for my son for Easter, he loved it, very easy to do, the ants need to be ordered and they do take a little bit to come so just take that into consideration. But they loved watched the ants tunnel through the sand. It is perfect for all ages.

This ant farm kit is a fantastic educational toy, the habitat is well-designed and easy to set up, making it perfect for kids and even adults interested in nature and science. It’s great for learning about ant colonies and watching them in action. The only thing to note is that the kit doesn’t include the ants themselves, so you’ll need to get those separately using the voucher provided. Overall, a fun and engaging kit that encourages curiosity and learning!

Good product! If purchasing ants from the company on the flyer inside, be prepared to wait! Took 2-3 weeks for the ants to come in. No tracking number. Thankfully I checked my mail the following day!

The ants are not included and they do not give you a voucher for free ants. Also they give you the options to buy more than one pack of ants, we did that for both of my boys and it was too many, they all ended up being to crowded and they died. Also they give you the option to purchase ant food. It says if the ants don’t eat it then take it out in 2 days, well some of the “food” is like bird seed and it started to grow roots and a leaf, we couldn’t take it out bc they took it to the bottom of their ant home…it did end up molding.. don’t recommend this

Not a good ant farm. The live ants we put in there died and never made any tunnels, the sand stays saturated in water even when you get water out as you can…this confused me….don’t recommend…the ants were found dead in water so I guess they drowned

This was bought after getting a different one for my child for christmas and the other product did not work and had already ordered the ants . Was able to save them by buying this one and within minutes it was easier set up and the ants were digging

My kids loved it. The only thing is it lasted 3 weeks and we had to get a new home for the ants.

So cool!! My husband loved it! Truly is for any ages!
