Literally magic in a bottle. I recently found out that constant itching I have always had and build up of flakes is because I have seborrheic derm in which I have been trying the past month to calm down with nizoral. It’s made it more bearable but my hair still got smelly, itchy and heavy flakes two days after I washed. Then I asked chat gpt if there is a serum out there that could calm this down for good and basically extend my washes so I don’t have to keep washing my thick hair every other day religiously and it led me to dermazen. Within literally one second of applying dermazen, the itching stopped, it works so well. My day 3 scalp felt as calm as if I just came out of the shower. I am excited to see the long term effects of this product but I will say, even though it’s a hefty price, it’s worth every penny. I am so happy I finally found something that works for me. For those wondering about the texture of the serum, too me it feels more watery than sticky. It has a faint smell of tea tree oil but its not strong enough to make your whole scalp smell like it. I am using it in between wash days as a leave in or overnight before a wash but I am still finding out what works best for me.

I'm on my second bottle and watching this ad again is making me tear up. My scalp suffered daily for over FIFTEEN YEARS. The first 4 pictures were taken on 2/20/26 and the last 2 were taken today 5/18/26! I was so scared that I wouldn’t be able to ever put my hair up again. This flare up happened through my postpartum journey due to stress. I went to urgent care and they prescribed me a steroid but I didn’t want to rely on it so I did my research looking for other alternatives. After finding this brand and seeing that reviews varied I thought “At this point, what do I have to loose?” I never would have thought that it would be the most life changing decision I could have made! To give others an idea of my routine I use their seborrheic serum an hour before taking a shower. I pour from the bottle onto my scalp, rubbing it into my scalp with my fingers, and let it sit. Initially, it feels like a burning sensation but quickly calms down. I use Nizoral for shampoo and conditioner. I get a good lather of shampoo and use a scalp massager to help with the flakes then let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing. Conditioner as normal. After getting out, I run Dermazen’s MCT scalp moisturizer on my fingers with wet hair and massage through the same area. The moisturizer can leave my hair a bit greasy that’s why I don’t pour it directly from the bottle like the serum. Lastly, I use my hair dryer on cool air to help dry it down then go on about my day without a care! I go about 2-3 days between washes. With all these things combined it helped me regain the health of my scalp and my confidence back! I’m not worried about the fear of someone staring at the back of my head in disgust. I am a Physician with seborrheic dermatitis. The ads and comments and claims of this product to treat same sounded wonderful. Well. I am here to tell you this product is close to a scam and worthless. This liquid caused my face and neck to flare horribly and turn my skin badly red and made the itching much worse. In my professional opinion this product is snake oil. Purchase if you want to waste your money. Would have rated it one star if the system allowed. Stay. away. You were warned.
