Take a chance on this!!!!
The first 4 pictures were taken on 2/20/26 and the last 2 were taken today 5/18/26! I was so scared that I wouldnโt be able to ever put my hair up again. This flare up happened through my postpartum journey due to stress. I went to urgent care and they prescribed me a steroid but I didnโt want to rely on it so I did my research looking for other alternatives. After finding this brand and seeing that reviews varied I thought โAt this point, what do I have to loose?โ I never would have thought that it would be the most life changing decision I could have made! To give others an idea of my routine I use their seborrheic serum an hour before taking a shower. I pour from the bottle onto my scalp, rubbing it into my scalp with my fingers, and let it sit. Initially, it feels like a burning sensation but quickly calms down. I use Nizoral for shampoo and conditioner. I get a good lather of shampoo and use a scalp massager to help with the flakes then let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing. Conditioner as normal. After getting out, I run Dermazenโs MCT scalp moisturizer on my fingers with wet hair and massage through the same area. The moisturizer can leave my hair a bit greasy thatโs why I donโt pour it directly from the bottle like the serum. Lastly, I use my hair dryer on cool air to help dry it down then go on about my day without a care! I go about 2-3 days between washes. With all these things combined it helped me regain the health of my scalp and my confidence back! Iโm not worried about the fear of someone staring at the back of my head in disgust. Thank you Dermazen!

Cured my Malassezia
I'm on my second bottle and watching this ad again is making me tear up. My scalp suffered daily for over FIFTEEN YEARS. It started out of nowhere, and dermatologists told me the exact same thing - that "it just happens" to some people and they didn't really have a good solution. I've determined through my own research the cause of my issue is malassezia. I have tried anything I could find, and this has been the only thing that not only helped, but I would even go as far to say that it cured my scalp issue. I actually haven't quite finished my first bottle, and only have it on hand now to use if my scalp starts to feel a little irritated. Before, my scalp would flare up, flake, and scab every single day. Now I can't remember the last time I had flakes, or even a flare up. I cannot fathom why this treatment has not been adopted as a dermatologist backed treatment for malassezia. If you are thinking about trying this, just do it - this is the one.

Worth every penny! So thankful I found this!
Ive been dealing with a dermatitis rash for three years. It's been in a constant state of flux between awful and not quite so bad as awful. It started on my face and quickly started appearing on back of neck, neck, chest, and back. After seeing a dermatologist and being misdiagnosed to the point of making it so much worse, I was quickly giving up hope and my mental well being was becoming more and more despondent. I started researching on my own and eventually came to find this brand. I started with the moisturizer. It made such an impact I then purchased the serum to go with it. Again, results were so promising even after one application. I then purchased the face wash and im now heading over to grab the body wash. This stuff is spendy but its quality and results have been unmatched for me. Im finally starting to see the light at the end of a long perilous and mentally challenging journey.

A waste of money.
I am a Physician with seborrheic dermatitis. The ads and comments and claims of this product to treat same sounded wonderful. Well. I am here to tell you this product is close to a scam and worthless. This liquid caused my face and neck to flare horribly and turn my skin badly red and made the itching much worse. In my professional opinion this product is snake oil. Purchase if you want to waste your money. Would have rated it one star if the system allowed. Stay. away. You were warned.

Restores your skin barrier, transforms skin overnight
In 2020 I was out hiking in northern California and managed to get poison oak all over my face. I was prescribed a steroid that absolutely destroyed the apparently delicate balance of yeast and bacteria that lives on all our faces, and since then, I've been battling "fungal acne" (actually called malassezia folliculitis, as it's more of a yeast overgrowth than acne). Unfortunately, once malassezia gets bad enough it creates a defense barrier called a "biofilm"on top of itself, making it difficult for anti-fungal treatments to reach. I found out about this digging deep into the archives of Simple Skin Care Science, a website I *highly* recommend for anyone struggling with skin issues, or looking to have nicer skin in general. The author and owner of the website suggests checking any products you buy for fungus-feeding ingredients on the website "Sezia", where you can enter the ingredients list, and it will tell you if any ingredients are likely to worsen the yeast infection. On the Sezia website, I found a page called "BEST SKINCARE FOR MALASSEZIA" and on that page, Dermazen was recommended as a product to help fight the biofilm. Well, I can confirm - Dermazen most definitely destroyed the biofilm on my face. It did not eradicate the malassezia, but by dissolving the biofilm, it made it possible for some of the antifungals to finally penetrate and reduce some of the yeast overgrowth. It also HYDRATES incredibly well - if I want my skin to look plump and beautiful, I can put a few drops of this on before bed and my skin looks incredible in the morning. I can't express how grateful I am for that, as my fungal infection is still very much active (the longer you have a fungal infection, your body develops resistance to antifungals, which is the stage I'm at) and as a result, I can't risk wearing makeup which would feed the yeast further. But truly, my skin has never looked better, unless you look really, really close - and then you can see the fungal infection which up close, looks like my face is covered in tiny blackheads/clogged pores. This product gave me hope, and although I'm still struggling to battle the yeast, the hydration it provides has allowed me to start using Differin, an extremely drying product that my rosacea normally can't tolerate. Every ingredient in this formula is excellent - I've used most of them separately (ie. niacinamide, HLA) or in other formulas, and I can say the team here has done something really special. I'm bummed that it's been going up in price because I need this for medical reasons, and haven't found anything as good. My only bit of feedback is I'd prefer a dropper - the way the top is, you have to dump the bottle upside down over your face, which is a bit awkward and it's hard to keep it from rolling off your face, as one hand is holding the bottle. I put mine in a smaller bottle with a dropper, which makes it easier to control how much comes out. Finally, I have to add - the packaging (aside from the top) is a 10/10 for me. It's the nicest label I've seen on a skincare product. Minimalist, spa-like and makes my bathroom look more peaceful. The print of the label is high-quality and even has sparkles in it.
